this is Stacy from brazen profit lab andin today's video which is part two of atwo-part series where I share with youmy top ecommerce business tools we'regoing to be looking at the tools that Iuse for social media management emailmarketing and productivity so withoutfurther ado let's get started with toolnumber and that is convertkit now thisis the email service provider that I useto manage all my emails to send myemails and to track what's happeningwith my email subscribers now I am gonnasay convertkit is not an email serviceprovider that is specifically designedfor e-commerce it integrates seamlesslywith Shopify and it does a lot of whatyou need an email service provider to dobut there are some more high leveloptimizations that convertkit just isn'tset out to dothat being said I've been using it forthe last year I plan to continue usingit for at least a few more monthsbecause it does the job I understandit's easy to use and it's with anaffordable price range so tool numbertwo which is not exactly at all as suchmore of a platform and it's a platformthat I use when there is something thatI need to do in my business that iseither outside of my skill set outsideof my desire sir in other words like Ihave literally zero desire to do it andI'm willing to pay for someone to do itor I don't have the time to do it so anexample might be that I need someone toedit video for me or I need someone tocreate banners that are of a higherlevel than I can do myself in canva or Ineed someone to white out images or youknow create vectors the service that Ilike to use in a service called Fiverr Iuse them all the time because you canget lots and lots of tasks outsourcedfor your business for as low as fivebucks now I will say there was a timewhen you know think generally costed afiver a tenner on Fiverr now you'll findyou know that the name of the serviceisn't as kind of factual as what theservice is like anymore because you canpay a lot lot more for services onFiverrthat being said you can still get greatservices outsourced for five bucks Imean five bucks to save you four or fivehours of your time I'm totally in aFiverr is a service that I like to usethe most but I need small simple tasksoutsourcemy business quickly and efficiently nowtall number three is gonna be thePomodoro timer love love love love loveme a Pomodoro timer now the PomodoroTechnique is a concept that was designedby Francesco crille oh I believe hisname was back in the late 90s and it's away of working that allows you to dofocused detailed you know really in thezone work for a set period of time andthen to kind of relax bench stretch getsome water you know answer an emailspeak with your spouse you know I don'tknow do some yoga some downward dog deepbreathing whatever you get my pointin another brief period of time nowgenerally that works is 25 minutes on gogo go go go five minutes a break and arest now the reason I love the PomodoroTechnique so much and I have a Pomodorotimer installed on my macbook is that itallows me to break my working flow upinto periods of intense focus work soI'm being far more productive in thetime that I'm working and it alsoencourages me to remove my body tohydrate to go to the bathroom sometimes- even if it's just to kind of rest myeyes and get away from the screen whenyou're working for yourself you canspend an exorbitant amount of timehunched over your screen just really youknow narrowed in which is good forgetting stuff done but sometimes it canbe counterproductive and I love thePomodoro Technique for allowing me tohelp me focus on the most importanttasks for my business but also to remindme to take a step back to have a breakand I've put a link to the Pomodorotimer that I love to use down below andlucky for you is completely free and youcan get it on Google Chrome so guyswe're at the halfway mark in this videoif you found any of these tools helpfulthen don't forget to give this video athumbs up and if you're new here and youwould like access to more content justlike this now would be a great time tosubscribe get busy hitting thatsubscribe buttonnow so tip number four and this has gotto be one of the longest standing toolsin my talk it I don't use it everysingle day as much as I used to but I dofind whatever I choose to use it it'salways effective and that is a toolcalled focus at will this is a premiumtimer it's atrivet II timer kind of similar to thePomodoro Technique timer that I use butthe thing I love about focus at will isit plays binaural beats music the musicwas like to stimulate your focus tostimulate your concentration that's beenscientifically proven to help youconcentrate and it allows you to reallyzero in on a specific task that you wantto do with the right kind of music inthe background designed to help you getthe job donedesigned to help you focus now I pay 399a month for this tour half done probablyfor about four years now and one of thethings I really love about focus at willis it lets you change the music changethe channel so sometimes I use you knowcinematic sometimes I use up-temposometimes I use baroque depending on howyou're feeling it lets you change thechannel but it also lets you track howmany sessions that you have done usingfocus at will per week or per day whichI find just great to help you see howproductive you're actually being allright tour number five is a app basedtool called annum I'm not inspired bythe name I'm not really sure where theywere going with unab but what does annumdo animal aoz you to plan out yourInstagram feed on your phone beforeposting to Instagram it doesn't post itfor you but it will give you a reminderto post it lets you put your hashtags inand a bunch of other stuff I don'tactually do all of that in annum what Iuse uh none for is as a visualstoryboard so I can kind of see whatposts I want to put in where they kindof fit into that visual story and thento remind me to post and the good thingabout annum is there is a free alightpackage but I do actually pay for thepremium version of the app because itgives you more tiles more squares andit's just something that I kind of wantto be able to see that visual story ifyou're still looking for an Instagramvisual planner I recommend anin thereare many others out there but that's theone that I use so guys tool number sixand this is gonna be a tool that I haveused day-in day-out for at least four tofive years now but people tell me thatthey don't use this I I don't get itbecause it really does do the job andthat is Google Docs and Google Drive thething I love about Google Docs andGoogle Drive is allowsto have some cloud-based storage tostore images videos anything that Idon't want on my computer on my cameraon my phone can all be backed up withinGoogle Drive or Google Docs it allows meto create formspreadsheets handouts anything that'sthe written work within my business getsdone within Google Drive and Google Docsbut what I really love about it is it'scompletely collaborative I cancollaborate with contractors withpartners with people that I'm working ona project with and you can see the timesthe dates what people have done it'sprobably one of the most used toolswithin my business and surprise surpriseit's a free one however because I useGoogle for work which means I have apaid for Google account I do pay acouple of dollars each year for thisservice but for me it's totally worth itand you may find it worth it too nowmoving on to tool number seven and thisis tailwind and tell wind tribe now whatyou probably don't know is that I don'tfocus on Instagram as the main socialmedia channel for either of mybusinesses for my product business or myconsulting and digital product businessin fact I have very low subscribers onboth of those platforms what I do focuson is Pinterest why because I foundPinterest to be the most efficient atdriving the right type of traffic andyou know how I know it works because theanalytics tell me so I see what pagespeople go to how long they spend onthose pages and more importantly howmany of those convert into eithersubscribers or customers and I get firstsubscribers and customers from Pinterestthe thing is with Pinterestunlike Instagram you have to be a lotmore active on that platform to get thebest results and unless you want to beon there all day every day you are goingto need some tools that help you stayproductive and stay consistent now thetools that I love the most a tailwindI'm gonna leave a link down below sothat you can actually see everythingchowin has to offer and get signed upfor a free trial and guarantee you onceyou see exactly what tailwind is capableof well it's time to go over to a paidaccount if you are serious about makingPinterest one of the leading sorts ofthe traffic to your business you aregonna be happy to sign up for it nowabout a year or sotalent introduced something calledtribes tribes was brought in to addanother layer of community sharing thathad kind of been watered down anddiluted by by Pinterest Group boardswhich while still popular were not aseffective as they used to be I'm notgonna tell you everything that tell whentribes does but I will tell you theTailwind tribes as a premium add-on totell wind actually has been the mostsuccessful tactics that I have beenusing to drive traffic to my ecommercebusiness now as you can probably imaginethere are some product some niches thattend to do incredibly well on Pinterestthese are gonna be food and drink healthand fitness and wellness and beauty wellas luck would have it my skincare brandactually fills within the wellness andbeauty industry and love the contentthat we promote and create also fallsinto the health and wellness leash whichmakes Pinterest a great platform for meto be on and which makes it worth beinvesting in tell when tribes becauseI'm creating and sharing the type ofcontent that those power uses onPinterest are interested in creating andsharing too so I will leave a link downto an article about toen tries to tellyou all about why it's a valuable toolfor your business so to number 8 guysand we're onto the last two tools and Iknow this has been a long video but Iwanted to make a video that wascomprehensive because I'm honest all thetime about the tools that I used to runmy business I do actually have anarticle all about that over on my blogand I'll link down to it but I realizenot everybody wants to go through apiece of content like that which is whyI created this video and spit it up intotwo parts so tool number eight and thenit's gonna be boomerang now what isboomerang boring is a bit of softwarethat you can plug into Gmail that allowsyou to do a couple of things that Iloathe to say whether I should telleverybody about this but what allows youto do is one check if people are openingyour emails if they are being read nowyou could use this as a force for goodand a force for evil a force for evil iswhen you're gonna you know send an emailtoboyfriend and their check now only meokay let's talk about how use it forevil how you use it for good could bethat if you are reaching out tosuppliers if you are reaching out topotential collaborators people you wereinterested in liaison with around someaspect of your businessboomerang will allow you to see whetheryour emails are being opened and asecondary thing that boomerang allowsyou to do is to schedule a follow-upemail should that not be the case so anexample may be that you send out aletter to a potential vendor that you'reinterested in working with and you cansee within three or four days that thatvendor hasn't clicked or opened youroriginal email or you can actuallyschedule a follow-up email on a specificday at a specific time should thatvendor not get in touch with you and Iuse boomerang on a near-daily basis inmy business to help me schedule emailsthat need to go out and to help me checkwhether the emails I'm sending out areactually effective are they doing thejob now the good thing about it is thatyou're actually able to use boomerangfor a certain amount of credits permonth for nadafree zero zilch if you go over that acertain amount of sends using boomerangthey are gonna want you to pay a bit ofa premium and to be honest I would havepaid the premium there's something atthe end like of their marketing that'sdesigned to get me to sign up which Ikind of find really lame and every timeI go to pay them it just puts me offso boomerang maybe you should fix thatend screen because it's reallypatronizing but anyway let's dive intothe final tool tool number nine on mylist of top ecommerce marketing toolsthat every store owner should have rightso tool number nine in my list of topecommerce marketing tools is socialwarfare love love love love love lovelove social warfare for a long time Ididn't pay for a particular plugin thatwas designed to share my social proofwith people until I discovered socialwelfare it's used by some of the bestbloggers out there people like MichelleSchroeder for making sense of sense likea lot of the top bloggers who you admireand respect if you can see their socialmedia shares you can nine times outand guarantees that the Perkin thatthey're using is social warfare nowbecause I actually as I've said multipletimes have my e-commerce business set upa bit differently and that my blog ishosted on WordPress and my store andShopify that allows me to use socialwarfare because it's a wordpress pluginso it's hosted on my wordpress blog andi'm gonna show you an example of what itlooks like visually here and if i canshow you the mobile experience i'm gonnabe able to i'll put an example of thatnow now I pay I think $29 or $39 I can'tremember the exact amount for socialwarfare on an annual basis and I thinkthis is money well spent because it's areally really well-designed lightweightquick to load social media plug-in andI've just found that it works reallywell on desktop and mobile and my sitejust looks better using this then onsome of the other three clunky toolsthat I've used in the past okay guys Ineed to draw for breath because goodnessgracious me this video has been longerthan I thought it would be but I hopethat you have found it helpfulinteresting engaging fun no okay eitherway if you found it useful at all don'tforget to give this video a thumbs upand if you're new here don't forget tohit the subscribe button fat my bang youmight subscribe button so you could bethe first to note when I put out newcontent just like this I'm Stacy this isthe end of today's short video SMART Goal Setting: How to Set Ecommerce Goals You Can Achieve in 2019
Today we’ll share five tips for setting
smart ecommerce goals in 2019.Every day, we talk to ecommerce entrepreneurs
about how they became successful. The one thing they all have in common? They set smart goals. And Smart isn’t just an adjective. It stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable,
Realistic, and Time-Bound.In this video we’ll explain those terms
so you can set your own smart goals. And at the end, we’ll give you some homework
so you can check your work.Ready to get to work?Let’s start setting some goals.Hey all, it’s Jessica from Oberlo.Today we’re talking about how to set smart
goals. No matter what your ecommerce goals in 2019,
one thing is for sure: You will have to keeplearning to stay competitive. We’re here to to make that easy for you.Hit subscribe and be the first to see new
videos every week about entrepreneurship, ecommerce, and dropshipping. Now, if you want to be a successful ecommerce
entrepreneur in 2019, you have to do morethan work hard and hope for the best. You have to set smart goals.Research backs this up.One Harvard Business School study asked MBA
graduates if they had written down their goals.Only 3% said yes.But ten years after graduating, the 3% who
said yes earned ten times as much as the other97% combined. But if you want to tap into the power of goal-setting,
you have to set smart goals. That means your goals need to be specific,
measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound.These criteria are essential ingredients for
success, so let’s take a closer look ateach of them.First, your goals need to be specific.Vague or generalized goals don’t provide
enough direction.Remember, you need goals to show you the way
forward when you get lost or discouraged. For example, this is a poorly written goal:“I will make a lot of sales”To make your goals specific, incorporate an
action plan outlining how you will achievethe goal.A good way to do this is to fill in these
blanks:“I will (goal) by (action).”Now we have a template we can use to set goals.Let’s write one together. We can start by editing our original goal
to be more specific.A specific goal might be:“I will make a lot of sales by mastering
Facebook ads.”Or“I will make a lot of sales by using Instagram
influencers.”Now we have a clearer idea of what direction
we’re heading. But we can make this goal even smarter in
the next step. The next step in creating smart goals is to
make them measurable. You need objective criteria in place so you
can assess whether you’re achieving yourgoals or not.One way to make goals measurable is by making
them quantifiable.Tie goals to an increase or decrease in a
certain number. This method of creating measurable goals is
well-suited to ecommerce because there areplenty of numbers to choose from. For example, you can set goals around number
of sales, number of customers, or total revenue. To make your goals measurable, think of your
goals and ask yourself these questions:Let’s return to the goal we’re writing
together and make it measurable.Right now, the goal is:“I will make a lot of sales by mastering
Facebook ads.”To make this goal measurable, let’s ask
ourselves the second question from the listwe just mentioned: How many?In other words, how many sales do we want
to make by mastering Facebook ads?To answer that question, let’s rewrite a
measurable goal that looks like this:“I will make 10 sales by mastering Facebook
ads.”Now, you’re probably wondering why we choose
the number 10.Why not dream big and make that 100 or even
1 million sales? We’ll answer that question in the next step.Goals are supposed to be motivating, not discouraging. It’s great to set big, hairy, audacious
goals. But ask yourself: Do you really believe you
can achieve that goal?If the answer is yes, you’re in good shape. If the answer is no, here’s how to adjust
your attitude. Most people believe they are only capable
of something they have already done. But this belief is short-sighted.What you really need to ask yourself is whether
you have the right tools and skills to achieveyour goals.Take an honest assessment of your capabilities. For example, if you want to run a marathon,
and you’re capable of jogging for five minutes, you have the basic skill you need to slowly
train for a marathon. But if you want to win to be an Olympic diver
and you can’t swim, you need to build somebasic skills first.Luckily, that in itself can be a new, and
very achievable, goal.Let’s revisit our example goal:“I will make 10 sales by mastering Facebook
ads.”This goal is achievable for a Facebook user
who has made none, or very few, sales on Facebook.Someone in that position has a basic familiarity
with the platform, and simply needs to builda new skill–mastering Facebook ads–to succeed. But wait…how do we know we’ll succeed
by mastering Facebook ads? That’s the question to ask in this next
step.Because good goals need to be realistic.Achievable and realistic sound similar, but
there’s a difference.Whether a goal is achievable or not depends
on what you are capable of.Whether a goal is realistic or not depends
on factors outside of your control, but thatyou can understand with some research. An unrealistic goal might be:“I will make 10 sales by getting Kim Kardashian
to promote my product on Instagram.”Now, you technically have the skills and capabilities
to make this happen. You can send Kim a direct message on Instagram
and ask if she’ll pretty please promoteour product. And, if Kim agrees, you’ll definitely get
10 sales. But the odds of Kim agreeing are very, very
low. That’s why this goal is unrealistic. However, a goal of making 10 sales by mastering
Facebook ads is realistic. It’s possible for an ecommerce beginner
to learn to create a Facebook ad, drive qualifiedtraffic to her store, and get sales.New dropshippers often do make sales with
Facebook ads.Our goal is getting smarter and smarter. But we have to add one more finishing touch. We have to make our goal time-bound.This simply means we have to put a deadline
on our goal. Our goal is to make 10 sales by mastering
Facebook ads.But do we want to make 10 sales in a week,
or a year? Those are two very different goals.Remember to balance your deadline with the
requirement that your goals be achievableand realistic. It’s not realistic for a new entrepreneur
to make 10 sales with Facebook ads in 1 hour. However, it is realistic to make 10 sales
with Facebook ads in one month. It’s also realistic to make 10 sales with
Facebook ads in one year. But if you give your goal a generous deadline,
you lose some motivation.Goals need to inspire you to keep going when
times get tough–and in ecommerce, times willget tough. So before you finish writing your goal, ask
yourself: Will I be proud of myself if I accomplishthis? If the answer is yes, then you’re right
on the mark.Alright! Now you know how to write smart goals. You know that goals should be specific, measurable,
achievable, realistic, and time-bound.Let’s put this theory into practice.Write your ecommerce goals in the comments.I’ll review them and tell you if they’re
S-M-A-R-T smart. If they could use improvement, I’ll nudge
you in the right direction.Once you’re ready to achieve your ecommerce
goals, watch one of these videos! They’re particularly helpful for new entrepreneurs.Until we see each other again, learn often,
market better, and sell more.

How to use Shopify + Pinterest Integration? Selling on Pinterest | Pinterest for Ecommerce (2020)
How does Pinterest marketing work for
eCommerce sites? Can you connect yourShopify store and Pinterest and how you
can start profitably selling onPinterest? I will answer all these
questions and more in today's video.Hi! I'm Anastasia AnastasiaBlogger.com I'm
a Pinterest marketing expert and if yousign up for my channel you will get
fresh and valuable Pinterest tips everyThursday. So click on Subscribe and on that
Bell button to get notifications and nowlet's move on to your questions. So, why
am I so confident that Pinterest is agreat place to promote products for
eCommerce sites? Well, just look at thesequick stats to show you how strong is
the buyer intent on Pinterest. 90% ofweekly users are looking on Pinterest to
make purchasing decisionsthis may include immediate purchases and
planning for later purchases.55% of users said that they login to Pinterest
specifically to find products, that'smore than half of all the user base and
50% of Pinterest users say that they buysomething after seeing a Promoted pin (meaning a Pinterest ad). And based onthese factors, Pinterest is about 4
times more effective at generating salesthan other social media platforms. If you
have been eCommerce or dropshippingbusiness for a while now, you probably
know that most of the marketers wouldrecommend you Facebook Ads. But the hard
part about Facebook Ads nowadays is thatit's too much competition there. So
Facebook has become too expensive, especially for beginners in the industry.
And if we compare Pinterest andInstagram, just the fact that every pin
image on Pinterest is clickable and canbe linked to your store or directly to
the product page, just this fact itselfmakes Pinterest so much more powerful as
a traffic source compared to Instagramwhere you can have max
one link to the store in your bio andthat's it. Another reason you should be
on Pinterest is because of the half-lifeof a pin. It's so much longer than an
average post duration on other socialmedia platforms like Instagram or
Twitter for example. If you get trafficfrom your post on these platforms it
will last for a few hours perhaps -maximum one day. Your pins on Pinterest
can bring you traffic for many monthsand for some pins even for years. This
especially applies to seasonal productsbecause Pinterest tends to revive old
viral pins every year when the seasoncomes. I've seen this a lot with my
Halloween and Thanksgiving pins. You cansee on this screenshot that I'm getting
traffic from the same post the same pinsbasically are getting viral year
after year at the same time. And I hopeto get traffic again, the same viral
spike of traffic this year in aroundOctober and November. So what are the
best e-commerce platforms you can usewith Pinterest? I will start with Etsy because it's one of the firstplatforms Pinterest created integration
with and moreover Etsy is the onlyplatform of its kind for which Pinterest
created a simple verification process inyour account. To connect your Pinterest
account with Etsy and start seeingProduct pins, you don't even need to
install any code on your store. You cansimply verify your Etsy shop by just
going to your settings and then clickingto Claim and here you will see
verification for Etsy when you clickhere the browser will simply ask you to
log in to your Etsy account and when youdo it – boom! – your verification is complete
and you're gonna start seeing yourRich pins for these Etsy product pins.
If you're not sure what a Product pin is,let me just show you a few examples. So,
if we click and on this pin, it's anirregular pin that
goes to a post on their site and thisis called article type of pin it's also
a Rich pin but it's an Article pinbecause it goes to an article. And if you
go back you will see here some Productpins, they will have this icon on the
left and when you click on a Product pinit always has a price tag. It also brings
from the site, from the product page itbrings the title of the product and the
description. But the main differencebetween the product pin and article pin
is that product pins they bring theinformation about the price of this
product. Here is a perfect example of anEtsy product pin you can see that the
link goes to an Etsy store, and youhave here all the information that
is displayed on the Etsy product page. One side note here. To see the settings
that I'm showing you about claiming yourEtsy store, you must have a business
account on Pinterest. If you don't knowwhat I'm talking about and how to set up
a business account, I already published avideo with all the details about it on
my channel. I will give you a link tothat video in the info icon. It will be
in the top right corner and also I willduplicate that link in the description
below this video. So basically Pinterest just connects
Etsy account as easy as your YouTube orInstagram account and if you have an
Etsy store and also a self-hostedwebsite, you can actually verify both of
them on the same Pinterest businessaccount. So if I had an Etsy store I
could claim it here and I alreadyclaimed my blog on this
Pinterest profile. Another platform I geta lot of questions about is Shopify. Yes,
you can and you should verify yourShopify store on Pinterest and it's
really easy because Shopify andPinterest apparently work together to
make this integration seamless on theuser side. To verify your domain on
Pinterest, you will just need to followthis simple instruction provided by Shopify official site which helps you verifyyour store on any third-party services
including Pinterest and Google Webmaster Tools.Let me just show you on my test
Pinterest account. So, you will just goback to your settings over here and then
you will get to this Claim tab and fromhere you can just I'm just putting some
somedomain.com, and I will click Claim. So what happens is you need to select
Add HTML tag and here. It will show you ameta tag which you need to paste into
your HEAD section of the site. Now let'sgo back to the instruction on Shopify
Help Center and you can probably pausethis video here if you want to check the
steps or maybe if you watch this videolater again when you actually are going
through this process, you can pause thevideo so you can see the exact steps and
follow them. So, the first step is you goto Shopify admin and from there you go
to online store and then choose themes. The option Themes and there you will
find the theme you want to edit, andthen click Actions and choose Edit code.
And then in the layout section, you willclick theme.liquid to open the file
in the online code editor and then youjust need to copy the meta tag that I
was just showing you on your Pinterestaccount and paste it on a blank line
directly below the opening HEAD tag andthen you just need to click Save. Make
sure you don't delete anything becauseif you save these changes with the things
that you erased accidentally it will bereally hard to fix it. And this is it –
your store should be verified within 24hours by Pinterest, probably even faster
and so you will be able to use Rich pins.In our case, we are talking about
e-commerce site, so its Product pins Ialready showed you how Product spin
looks a pins look and you will see theseProduct pins automatically because like
I mentioned Shopify and Pinterest madethis integration
really easy and smooth on theuser side. Shopify is not the only
platform to make product pins availableyou can also use BigCommerce or Magento
and some other platforms but I cannot gointo all the details instructions like I
showed you for Shopify in this video andI will not show you the website
verification for each of these platformsbut you will have to use their help
centers or their support pages if youcannot figure out for your platform how
to do it so easily as I showed you onShopify. For example, this is the BigCommerce help center and they have adetailed page about using Pinterest and verifying your site onPinterest. Now how do you know if your
product will be easy to sell on Pinterest? It is known that about 80% of
all Pinterest users are female audienceso keep that in mind. But at the same
time, the recent stats showed that in thelast four or five years more men
joining Pinterest so the demographic onthis platform is changing slowly but
steadily. Some of the niches which havethe largest audience on Pinterest based
on the numbers of the followers for eachtopic are home decor, fashion, health,
weight loss also anything holidayrelated like Christmas gift ideas,
Mother's Day gift ideas etc. All thisworks great on Pinterest because people
like to use this platform for planningtheir holiday spending in advance. If
you're not sure if Pinterest would workfor your niche, ask me in the comments
below and I will let you know what Ithink about your niche and whether it
might work with Pinterest. If you decideto try Pinterest traffic for your store,
I don't recommend starting it if youdon't have the time to invest into
learning about Pinterest platform.Pins on Pinterest can bring you traffic for
months or even years like I mentionedearlier in this video, but in order for
them to work this way, you need to have aproven strategy and you have to use
Pinterest SEO (search engine optimization)to rank your pins high in search results
so that your pins will be shown totargeted audience of people who actually
searched for the products you are selling. You can dive deep into all of this in myPinterest SEO Traffic Course. I will give
you a link in the description below thisvideo. Now let me give you some tips for
eCommerce sites that will help you seegreat success with Pinterest traffic. So
the first tip is make sure the imagesyou save from your shop are vertical and
worthy. If you simply save any small orhorizontal product images from your shop
and hope the traffic will come fromPinterest, unfortunately, it will not work
for you. Every platform has its rules andits own recommended formats for content. On Pinterest yourimages have to be between 2:3
and 1:2 image ratio, so these aretall pins. And the minimum size should be
600 by 900 pixels. So yes, you might haveto create images specifically for
Pinterest or at least you might need tooptimize your original product images to
fit the ideal size for this platform. But the work you're going to invest into
this, it really will be worth it. Anothertip would be to create multiple pins for
each landing page on your site or eachproduct page. So creating between 5 or
even 10 pins that lead back to the sameproduct page, you're creating more fresh
content for Pinterest, more originalcontent and that's what Pinterest wants.
Every image you create is a new piece ofcontent for Pinterest, even if it leads
to the same product page. So it's alwaysworth creating new pins for your pages.
Another unexpected tip for eCommerceshops would be attach a simple blog to
your store and drive additional trafficfrom Pinterest. So you're going to drive
traffic to your blog and then from yourblog users will go to your product pages
and when this process happens, when theycome to a product page, this is
already a warm audience. If you are onShopify, you can actually create a blog
right on the same domain as your storebecause Shopify has the
blogging functionality as well. When yousend users directly to a product pages
you're working with cold audienceremember that. I'm not saying you
shouldn't ever work with cold audiencesbut you know that it's harder to convert
those users into customers. If youpresent your products in a blog post
that shows how the customer will benefitfrom your products and in the form of a
story or maybe a round-up with a list ofyour products you're helping to build
this trust and engagement with youraudience before you start selling them
something. My next tip would be testPromoted pins (also called Pinterest ads)
to promote your products and one of thereasons why you can get a lot of traffic
from promoted pins is because whensomeone clicks on those pins they
immediately land on your product pagesLet me show you the difference
between a promoted pin and a regular pin.So, this is a Promoted pin because that's
what Pinterest says promoted by the Tailwind Team. And this is a regular pin. When I
click on a regular pin what happens isthat the pin opens and then to go to the

How To Sell Thousands Of Physical Products Monthly With ClickFunnels… + Free Ecom Funnel
okay so today I'm just going to talk alittle bit about physical productstrategy with clickfunnels how you canuse quick funnels to sell physical itemsversus like digital or coaching oranything like that so like productsyou're actually going to be shipping topeople we're going to look at like whatthe actual strategy is why you mightwant to use quick funnels versus someother platforms and how to actually getthe best average order values and thereturn on investment if you're buyingadvertising and things like that thingslike that which you probably will be soI'm also going to share with you and thespecific funnel that we use as astarting point for all of our physicalproduct campaigns that we use for ourown e-commerce businesses and forclients as well if we're doing physicalproduct funnels for clients we'll giveyou the template we use as a startingpoint you can just customize that toyour brand so let's just talk aboutselling physical products with quickfunnels and I'm just going to likediagram out a few things about about thestrategy here so we're going to assumethat you have you know some kind oftraffic source over here on the right sousually Facebook ads or emails or SEOusually going to be the big ones but itcan be really anything and you knowAdWords influencers whatever yourwhatever traffic sources you're you'regood at most people start with Facebookif you need a starting pointFacebook's easy to get started with youknow you don't even need to go off andoff of Facebook so Facebook can do superhigh volume you know if you have a broadoffer that you're able to get to convertproperty with Facebook Ads so let'sassume that your traffic source on theleft is um his Facebook Ads but this canreally work with them with any anytraffic source so some sirens burn padsin the background for about thatum so let's talk about how to sell aphysical product properly with withquick funds so what we like to do um youdon't have to do it this way I'll showyou what the actual funnel looks like ina minute but a lot of those you throughthe strategy person what the steps looklike you know everything fits togetherso when people and then sorry I'm notgoing to focus and so this is going tobe our initial landing page from ourtraffic sources you're assuming isFacebook Ads and what we're going tohave here is basically an opt-in pageand again I'll show you the example in aminute but the opt-in page is reallyjust collecting an email address andbasically the eat the offer on theopt-in page the hook is going to be youknow for access to whatever specialoffer or promotion we're running forthis physical product so it could be youknow a discounted price it could be justa new product launched it's notavailable elsewhere it could be likesome kind of two for one or a bundle orsomething where people was like okay Ineed this you know this is where I getthis offer this is something unique it'snot available elsewhere I'm going to putin my email so that I can go through andget this offer so that's that's step oneso basically you're saying to peoplethis is the offer put in your emailaddress if you want to if you want to doit and this can also work for free plusshipping as well if you want to do freeplus shipping you can definitely put anemail opt-in at the front and werecommend that you do that I can showyou an example of that in in a secondand then from the from the opt-in pageand when people enter their email we aregoing to send them straight to an orderform okay so they have the option pageis basically a sales page for the offerwhere it's really saying what they'regoing to get what the value is andthings like that when they put in theemail address they are assuming thatthey're going to buy this product andthen put in their email address to gothrough and complete the order and entertheir payment info and all that kind ofthingand on the order form one thing that wereally really encourage which I'll showyou an example of in a second as well ishave multiple quantities available theproduct so basically this means that wecan get people preferential pricing andbigger discounts whatever if they buymore than one so you know you might haveyou know whatever widget that you'reselling maybe you're selling it for likenineteen ninety five or thirty nineninety five or whatever so you might saysomething like buy one for you knowtwenty dollars by two I'm there you knoweighteen dollars each by three andthey're $15 each by five and they're $14each or whatever so you're getting thatyou're still making a you know moreprofit per cell assuming your you knowcosts to fulfill the product is likefive bucks or whatever you're stillgetting you know larger large ordersgoing through people buying three orfive you make slightly less profit perunit but overall your profit per cell isis a lot higher and so we definitelyrecommend putting quantity options onthe on the order forms or physicalproducts and all like I said I'll showyou that in in a secondafter the after to order form what weare going to do is visit this wherepeople make their payment they entertheir credit card and addressinformationwhen they click Submit to to pay weinstantly take them to a one-time offerpage okay so I'm sure you guys arefamiliar with these this is basicallyokay thank you for just buying whateverwould you like to get you know x at onetime discount or whatever and and thisis really going to be a related productor in a lot of places the same productlike you know would you get would youlike one more of an extra thirty percentoff or would you like you know thisproduct which is you know highlyrelevant to the thing that you justbought and compliments it and thingslike that okay so they can either clickyes or no and to buy the the one-timeoffer upsell and then whatever theyclick for that pagethey are usually going to go to anotherone-time offer page and this is going tooffer a different product to what was onthe last page again it should be itshould be relevant in terms ofit can somehow complement the thingthey've just bought or it's somethingthat that market is is definitelyinterested in the high appeal in thatmarket okay so what you're doingbasically every time here is you'reincreasing your average order valuewhich allows you to spend more onadvertising and get better return onadspend and basically pay more percustomer and out-compete everybody allright so this is how that the basic flowworks and what we often do is put onemore at the end as wellso usually we'll have a total of threeupsells you know if you if you have thatmany related products so this isobviously the original product is in thepromotion this is usually the firstupsell for the same product again atdiscount this is related product numberone and this is really a product numbertwo okay and you can do different thingssending them to different upsellsdepending on whether they buy the lastone or not and use different pricepoints but essentially that's how peopleare going to go and they're just goingto go from step one two three four fiveand at the end of that they're justgoing to see an order confirmation allright and again I'll show you what allof these pages look like in a second inactual their natural funnel so one otherthing to mention before we look at theactual funnel just about the year orstrategy is that um we know here that weare asking for an opt-in on the on theinitial page so you know we're payingpeople to come to this page so hopefullyyour opt-in rate is good say you knowabove 30 percent 50 percent or whateverit is a really good offer and but thenwhen you get to your order page herewhere people actually have to pay andthen the conversion rates going to startlowering obviously you know maybe youonly like 10% of the people opt-in thatwill buy or 15 or 20 percent or whateverhowever good that conversion rate isyou're still going to see most peopledropping off okay so you'll have a bunchof emails and you know weigh less cellsyou might have say say a thousandvisitors here you might get on 400emails of people that opted in and outof those 400 emails you might get 40purchases okay so that means you'vestill got three hundred and sixty peopleon an email list thathave not purchased all right so you'vegot all these people that have gottendown this funnel and spent money and butyou've got another 360 emails thathappen so what you want to do is youwant to set up email campaigns in thebackground that go to this list thatdon't buy it okay so you've got emailhere email here email here so just likea drip sequence okay and they arebasically sending people back to theorder form all right so we're trying toovercome objection we're going to tryand get them to come back you know youshowed me interest in this product maybewe'll show some customer reviews we willpresent them the benefits in differentways a series of emails to try and sellthe same product to people that didn'tinitially purchase even though theyshowed a real interest by by opting inokay and you know the more that you canthe more sales that you can recover fromthis list of opt-ins that don't actuallygo and buy you know again you're justadding extra profit extra profit soyou're increasing your return on youradvertising spend and again you canspend more and more you can scale fasteryou can get more customers in andbasically every person that comes intoyour funnel every clip to your funnel isworth more and more the better you cankind of the better you can get this okayso that is the strategy Facebook ad asword add email add whatever to an opt-inform they opt-in and people buy here youtry and get them to buy more than one byoffering a preferential pricing they gofor when they purchase they go for theone-time offerthey are then presented with the sameproduct again a discount or somethingsimilar then another related productthen another rare product then orderconfirmation okay so this is whenthey've gone through the the entiresequence and one thing I haven'tmentioned as well as retargeting soobviously all of these stages yourFacebook pixel and it's going to betracking who gets to which stage andthings like that they owe us a littlebit advanced for this video but you justlike as a side note as something to lookinto or to ask us about you do want tobe retargeting people to different backto different pages their funneldepending on where they got to so if youwant hit the opt-in page it didn'tobject that didn't talk inpeople that did opt in hit the orderform and but didn't buy you want to doretargeting ad for them by a Facebookback to the order page as well as inemails okay and all of that together allcompound or compound it all adds acouple percent here and there onepercent here two percent there with thisretargeting out of this email and beforeyou know all of this is compounding andyou have a really high converting funnelso all of that works together that's thevery basic overall strategy okay so nowwe're just going to look at the actualwhat the funnel looks like this is anexample I've linked this below for youso you can actually see the funnel thatwe use as a starting point for ourcampaigns and for our client campaignsokay so this is a free plus shippingexample but if you don't do free priceshipping then just ignore that fact andthis can also be used for any offer fullprice software 50% off a bundle orwhatever okay so this is the sales pagethey come from Facebook mail a moremixed page and here's the productpicture countdown timers and headlinesand benefits about the offer and benefitto the product this is a button theyclick to opt-in they'll open an opt-inbox some customer reviews more photosand of the products some security stuffdown here and again another button forthem to click that will open the pop-upand for them to get in okay so if theydo opt-in you know they see this offeranything yes I want to get it whateverthe offer is whether it's free shippingor 50% off they want to go ahead theyclick the button enter their email okayand then they are automatically taken tothe order form alright so this isbasically where should we ship yourproductokay so reinforces what the offer isthere on all their information down herefor address and delivery and things likethat and then here is what I mean by thethe tiered pricing okay for differentquantities so this is a free plusshipping example but again ignore thatif you don't do free plus shipping thisworks exactly the same for full price soyou know it might do one for $20 threefor $17 each five per $15 each thingslike that and they can just click theradio button for whichever one they wanttoI and then when they put their creditcard and they will get charged thisamount okay and this dis works reallywell you have to do this even if youthink people are they're never going tobuy more than one of these just do iteven if you can get a few people to buythree and then the occasional personbuys five you know usually our averagesthree and that just skyrockets youraverage order value and your profit fora sale okay this is a really highconverting order form this is soimportant we use for all of oure-commerce models and then after they gothrough they're assuming that they clickyes and buy this product we are going tothe first one time offer page okay andthis looks like this so again this isjust the original example product fromthe the original offer original landingpage would you like to add one more atyou know whatever discount you want todo so this is the thing they just boughtwe know they want it because they'vejust bought it them up with more thanone we're going to say this is yourone-time chance to get one more atwhatever discount okay you only see thisone so that needs to be true by the wayagain the benefits add one more that'sjust charges their card again for onemore unit and then some customer reviewsand the security stuff again okay nowthe next offer whatever they click onthat page was they click yes to chargetheir card again or no at one more theywill go to this page okay which isanother one-time offer which is for adifferent product owner we've got thesame image here but again this is aplaceholder funnel bit just to show youwhere stuff goes that you can replacewith your own content so would you likeyou know this other widget or whateverother related product you want to offerokay again another one-time offer andfor our new customers that have justbought with us or whatever for the firsttime some benefits about this productand yes add this to my order for Allywhatever you want the price to be andagain reviews for this product if you'vegot them and some security stuff so thatis how you know you get even morerevenue from from your funnel and thensaying I said in the in the kind ofoverview just now that you knowsometimes we actually add another stepto so if you depends how many productsyou have and how many logical things youcan offer people okay so you could justduplicate this andanother one okay and then the same againdifferent product another upsell andthen they get to the confirmation pageso everyone would hit this pageregardless of what they choose some willsay by the initial product and here yougo this is everything you've orderedthese are some things about shippingwhat to expect contact us if you wannaone ask any questions things like thatI'll see you fill in all thisinformation with your brand informationso that is how you go from instead ofjust people buying you know seeing aproduct on a Facebook ad or whatever andthinking oh yeah I like this product I'mgoing to buy it as a twenty dollarproduct and it costs you five and itcosts you know maybe ten dollars to getthe sell and advertising spend in theonio $5 profit but now when you're doingit this way you have people buying morethan one here a lot of the time you havean opportunity to sell them somethingelse here and here and hereand by the time they get here you havesomeone that could potentially boughtyou know five or six different productsin whatever quantities and you know youdon't need many people to go through andtake these upsells for actually to makea big difference in the overallprofitability of your funnel okay evenif this says you know only a few peoplein 100 takes a five option you know afew more take the three option and a lotof people take the one option those atthat is like extra pieces ofprofitability and the people that makethe bigger sales because they don't haveany additional ad spend attached to themyou know that actually increases youroverall profit a lot and the same hereand the same here and the same here thesame with these emails they're alladding a couple percent a couple morecents okayit all adds up and you know if you havea good products and and some goodrelated product and you put it in frontof a good market that wants them thatyou should end up with a funnel that isvery very profitable and way moreprofitable than just sending people to asales page where they can buy one itemcheckout and that's it okayso that's how we are we kind of approachlike physical product funnels on onquick funnels alright so like I saidwe'll give aways a template that we useyou can just take it you can click thelink and below this video it will copythis exact funnel into your into yourclick funnels account you'll be able togo in customize it and do whatever youwantmake sure you obviously fill outeverything with your brand I've seensome people do it and they don't evenchange some of the parts and it justsitting that your brand here calm andlike your widget and things like that gothrough and make sure you actually fillout all the stuff and change the imagesand testimonials and stuff otherwisepeople are just not going to buy fromyour funnel and so yeah that is that isthat so any questions let us know clickthe link below to get access to thisshare funnel immediately and if you havea quick funnels account it will getcopied straight into your account youcan use it and edit it as you please ifyou don't have an account it will createyou a free 14-day trial account againwith this funnel already in there fullyeditable and you can use that for 14days before you decide if you want toactually pay for quick photos or not soyou have more than enough time to testit out and see if you like it okay anyquestions then please comment here orclick the link below to go toperformance bundles comm and ask usthere and you know we're more than happyto answer any questions about you knowFacebook ads or e-commerce phones ingeneral the strategy and layout andthings like that so okay that's all fornow thanks

I wantto hang out with us I guess Jenny beatme out there so sorry we guys we had youguys up on the big screen yesterdaywhere do you hang out yeah thanks somuch for everyone being here today I'mtaking another day off today becausetaking a two-fer said I don't get introuble for taking another day and atPTO time so why not I just don't feelthat great like just work I didn't wantto be down I wanted to do some work andvigor going along with this topicbecause I'm gonna be home today you knowtime management and budgeting is one ofthe biggest things that us resellershave to deal with you know in ourbusiness because our budget or our timemanagement does not come together or isnot good enough for our business thenthat's our business come fall so Ifigured that you know since Anthony doesit full-time and I'm basically afull-time but part-time you knowtimewisewe can give our different perspectiveson some of this stuff and then we can gothrough the chat and see what you guyshave to add or maybe what you guys do alittle bit different but this issomething that's very interesting to meas well because you know I want to gofull-time you know as soon as possibleand it's something that I'm gonna haveto adjust with tremendously movingforward if when I do so it's gonna belike a total you know basically like agame changer for me so you know havingto sugar that out because I'm used tohaving just a few hours you know to dosome research send some stuff in or justpack and ship and do some listing so tohave 24 hours you know and sleepprobably five and work 19 or do dowhatever with the family as well youknow it's it's gonna be really reallydifferent for me moving forward wheneverI get that opportunity to do that so oneof the first hands yes sir I just wantto welcome a few more people in a littlewelcome Diane Matthews into the chatthanks for being with usShane M good morning my man and Pattyjump girl thanks so much for being hereas well appreciate all you guys beinghere todayyeah time management is always somethingthat is a constant struggle for me thebiggest part of it that I struggle withis balancing the YouTube versus the youknow actual money making part of itwhich is you know eBay Macari Amazonthat kind of stuffthe biggest hurdle I've had is trying tohave seven-day-a-week content whichsometimes it gets to be a bit of a grindand it takes away from things that couldbe doing this far as listing or sourcingor you know I mean like any of thosethings so that's been the biggestchallenge I've facedum I do try to work ahead on videosdoesn't work as well sometimes sometimesI can get about a week ahead sometimesI'm you know cry didn't even get youknow video out in a day especially withcomputer problems I've been facinglately so that's better that's been kindbut the biggest thing is being selfmotivator being able to constantly keepyourself motivated to get up and to dowork because when you're your own bossif you don't want to do anything youdon't have to do anything and that'sthat that's the biggest challenge so forme I find it's a lot easier for me tosit down and really get through what Ineed to get through if I you know forexample have some music playing or Imight have some Netflix go in or evenyou know watch some YouTube I'm one ofthose strange people that can actuallyget work done on the working hangout doso but then again I at times willneglect the chat which is good eitherbut those are all like little tips andtricks I use to try to make my day alittle bit more manageable because it'sdifficult for me to sit in a basementfor X amount time and not just feelmonotonous sitting there it was likecinderblock walls you know it just getslonely down there it's super boring downthere so if I have something to kind oftake my mind off of that I'm a lot moreproductive the other part of that ismaking sure I know whenever I have myspace a little tinier – it's a littleeasier for me rather than like beingdown there and chaos if I have my dayorganized from the beginning like sayI'm gonna do you know a tote of plush orsomething like that today then if I planto do that and I bang that out then Ifeel more accomplished and just likepulling from apile of just randomness because then Idon't really know where I'm going orwhat my goal is I always try to set agoal and beginning of the day as wellthat way I just you know I feel likeI've accomplished something because ifthat's one thing anybody with the deathpile knows is that it's never ending heywhat's up Tommy bargain effect yeah myI'm not able to put any weight on myfoot so I'm still laying in bed with myfoot elevated so that's why I'm not onscreen today see who else jumped in heregood Jody got kooky we a bluegrasspickergood morning Tommy took down Crocker'slockers I think it said that we missedthat came in just now Bo thank you forcoming in we appreciate you guys addingus to your to your your busy morningshopefully got a lot of packages goingout because just there was a no shipMonday which is very rare yep and thenthe other half of our topic meat wasbudgeting right yep and that's who sheis you can't make money if you can'tspend money in this business so you needto make sure you have the proper moneyset aside but then a lot of us dependingon what platforms were on we havemonthly fees coming out whether it's youknow the eBay payment whether it's youknow Amazon payment fee every price orthat payment if you need you know forexample a Z labels that's an extrapayment you know if you're on been donow that's an extra payment as well ontop of it you know so you to really makesure the yearwell budgeted to make sure you know whenall of these payments are coming out tomake sure that you actually have moneyleft over to go and get new inventorybecause after a while you're left withstale inventory you know what I mean soyou need to make sure that you'reconstantly bringing in good stuff that'sgonna sell fast and so for decent moneysobudgeting this huge I'm not superorganized on that regard but I do alwaysmake sure that setting aside money forsourcing and leaving money for you knowany kind of auto-debit that comes out ofmy counter you know any type of overheadfees that I have associated with thebusiness now there's not a whole lot ofoverhead I mean I do have a few thingsset aside for Amazon that come outautomatically I have been due obviouslynow I have a stream yard which Iconsider a business expense do you haveyou know obviously my ebay fees areabout that's part of the largest fee inthe month but I try to make sure thatall that's like factored in and I neverhave less than what I need in there plusI always keep some extra just in theevent of you know a good deal comingalong or it's just so I can go out andthrift or dig through bends or you knowone short sell season comes I make sureI always have at least two or threehundred dollars to go out like on anygiven Saturday that's kind of like mygoal is to have at least that much on meso I can a source with yeah like withwhat time manager is part of the thingsthat I'm gonna be struggling the mostwith especially with its YouTube becauseI don't have the opportunity do it asmuch as other people maybe but likeyesterday for example I was on eitherlive or private's like all day and itwasn't designed it wasn't you know likea planning type thing like I'm justgonna hang out all day just kind ofhappen enjoy the the community andeveryone you know that that you knowsupports me I'd have no problem helpingout or or hopping in their lives andstuff like thatgo people message me yesterday so I didthat with Brandon Russo King I'm notwith him last night right before I gotto do some Amazon and and then we didour working hangout and then I watchedJenny's live and there's a there's justa action-packed day for me yesterday butI did get some stuff done I did didn'tget as much done as I wanted to buttoday will be a different day but if Iam live or whatever it won't be myworking hangout or wherever I might justjoin somebody else's this way I can getsome stuff done because I do want tostart pounding out some eBay listingsand bulking on my store because you knowI have these opportunities to do it nowsince I'm actually off you know todayI'm gonna take another day off so youknow I want to get more done than justfive or six listings and thus Amazonshipment loose call today so that'sawesome that that's gonna be hugebecause now that's gonna hit thewarehouse faster and it's gonna you knowbring me a return faster because a lotof stuff is you know I was sold out ofnow that should have had in sent out gotstill going out today I don't know if itwent out yesterday or not because I knowUSPS or UPS still picks up on holidayssometimes because they run differentlythen another you know the normal mailcarrier or whatever so so at least thatwill still go out today so that'sawesome but it's gonna be I was talkingwith Amber about this before with yeahmy wife bought this like if I'd gofull-time like how we would kind of haveto run things how oh you know how we beable to set up things so we still have aperson and still get work done where youknow my business is thriving and I'm notneglecting the business it would almostbe like for the most part like meputtinglike four or five hours maybe during theday and then still do like my late nightthing where I'm still you know up in themiddle of the night and looking up stuffand packing orders and things like thatso this way when the kids are sleepingyou know I'll be able to get a chunk ofstuff done and you know this way I havea lot more time to do things with themduring the day and you know and whenwhen they're not I'll be able to do somestuff as well so this way it's kind ofbalancednot only that like you know puttingcommon way for sourcing as well becausethat's the wolf fuels my businessspecially the Amazon side of thingsbeing able to run in and go do certainthings you know at the stores and stuffso those are the opportunities that Ifeel that I'm missing sometimes becauseI'm not able to go out and get thesethings all the time so I'm missing outon a lot of different things that Icould be doing so my research and begoing to the stores is going to have tobe something that's going to have to beon a daily it's like I'm just like aclock in the work I'm going to thesestores and go hunt down items and reallyset an X amount of time to scan until Iget to the point where I'm almost like Iam in a couple other stores where Icould kind of walk through and okay I'mgrabbing ten of these ten of these 20 ofthese five of these and I know they'regonna sell or they're you know all theother sellers are gone with them and Idon't have to worry about any of that soI'm able to kind of set my own price sothat's about that's about it for thetime management for me not for thebudgeting side I've always been likelike the top it has like the person thatbudges our family moneyfor the most part andlike what anthing said like resellingit's almost like you always have to havea a kitty fee or like like a set-asidebudget set aside for for opportunitiesthat you may just run into or you mightgo on Facebook and actually know you seelike this awesomeFunko a lot or you know whatever I'mjust making a couple of suggestions thatyou know people just want to dump orcollections or whatever those are thehuge opportunities that sometimes peoplemiss because they don't have the moneyto buy them or someone else buys itbecause you're like hey can you waittill Friday you know say if you'reworking like I am and gotta get the waitto get paid to have the money to go buythese things you know there'sopportunities we'll run right pasturebecause there's another person just it'sjust like us you know that has the moneyset aside that's doing a full-time andthey're they have the opportunity rightnext to them and they'll go grab it soyou know that's what that's a huge partof it budgeting wise I mean when youespecially you have to almost budgeteverything down to must-haves and thenkind of build up a little more as you gothat's how I'm gonna try and do thingsbecause the more you spend for a monththe more money you're gonna have to makeper month you know I mean so especiallyfirst starting out you know you used tomaking decent money or whatever butevery month changes you know some peopleare having an awesome January somepeople are having the worst January andyou have to be able to to ride throughthose roller coasters of the good andthe bad and part of that comes with youknow having some of that money set asideto balance out I can't things asked mefor the show with how close to articletime Isis man honestI just need the cash you know I meanlike I have some inventory built up youknow for eBay of course I would lovethat more but it's just mainly justhaving that that cash flow or that thatkitty just sitting there being able tohave money for opportunity opportunitiesbuys or you know wholesale I'm reallystarting to push also because I want tohave we're gonna have that trying tohelp me push me to full-time becausethen that's additional you know X amountof money that I'll have coming in everymonth that even if it cover some of theexpenses like the Bri prices or whateverit's not huge money it's still cash flowcoming in it's still good help me withmy matrixes with Amazon if it's eBaystuff it would help me with my myfeedback and things of that nature tomake me look like a more reputableseller which I don't know that reallyhas a huge difference for for eBay butI'm sure with some people that they'llsee somebody with say 200 feedback andthen they'll see some movie with tenthousand ago one about ten thousand guyseven if it's a dollar more maybe somepeople do that so you know a lot of thisis and this is different for everybodyyou know because like I am such a largefamily with three kids and the wife ofthe dog you know and in the bills that Ihave like you know just the regularbills that I have and other thing I haveis a car payment right now which I'mpretty lucky about you know everyone'ssituation gonna be different you know ifyou're a single single person or maybejust have this and if it's another orwife or husband you know that that wouldbe a lot easier for someone like that togo to full-time versus someone likemyself with three kids or Tommy to pointout you know he has a couple kids andstuff like that so you know kids areexpensive they want toys and just likemy son son to go for a birthday partyyou know for for my his birthday and mybirthday so you know stuff like that youhave toyes don't be prepared for to take careof them that's that's one thing thatwill never you never change with me I'llalways make sure my kids have what theyneed but it's just always having thatbudget having that that cash flow to dosome things that that make to make thisopportunity buys or like Anthony wassaying like with the garage sales likeRaj tells us you might not need as muchlike but maybe a couple hundred bucks aweek so as long as you're getting thatback and put him back in inventoryyou're not able to cycle that cash flowreally good and build it up so Ericdon't say that man she was she was shewas hinting and bothering me all nightlast night especially when I wentupstairs to finish my Amazon stuff aboutI have another kids home full timethat's for sure but I mean that's that'smy views on it but everyone's gonna bedifferent now they how they do the timemanagement the budgeting becauseeveryone's businesses are owned whiteyou know way different no one's gonnahave the same thing it just mainly thekind of same concepts you know youshould try to adopt that's basicallythe magista for the most part for sureand the other thing too is if you'restruggling with your budget don't letthat get you down because there's plentyof ways to raise that budget whensomething's not working there's alwaysother things you can do you know I'veheard it said many times the definitionof insanity is doing the same thing overand over again and expecting a differentresultburn so sometimes you have to shakethings up with your business you knowsometimes you need to promote listingsometimes you need to run salessometimes you need to cross post I meanone thing that's been very successfulfor me lately is just using ven due tocrossbows to Macari Poshmark granted myquash marks not really on and poppin butmom McLaurys been you know doing reallywell for me as of late sosometimes you need to change things upyou know sometimes you might want toconsider our secondary platformespecially if a Bay's been slow yeahlike you know everyone wants to grow anddo better and for the most part oneprobably does some people would like howthey are right now and just want to keepstatus quo and keep stock come on anywayin their in their bank accounts andthere's nothing wrong with that eitherfor the most part I would say everyoneprobably wants to grow up get bigger andthat more income you know be moreprofitable so you know to do that youhave to add things to what you're doingand sometimes it's like ethics it'sgetting out of that comfort zone I meanI like for example like if I was doingmore eBay you know I would want to makesure that when I go into that thriftstore I basically know pretty mucheverything I can about clothing that'sgonna be 90 percent of the inventorythat they probably having that playsthat and the glassware in a class whereI've been I do when I'm talking aboutwith that but clothing I mean thewomen's clothing or so manyopportunities I'm probably missingbecause I don't know anything one'sclothing you know I mean so I do prettywell with like the men's side I stick tolike the most popular brands I kind ofstay in my lane and then you know I goafter some of the hard goods on thecollectibles and things like that so I'mable to kind of really be picky on theeBay side but that's all because Amazonis doing as good as is for me and I andI choose to go for that model where I'mputting more money in I'm getting afaster return because that stuff isturning multiple times of moms versusyou know maybe having it sit for threefour five or six months or whatever soyeah you definitely got a definite shakethings up definitely wanna you know getoff your comfort zone but do it as acalculated risk and I'd do it you knowwhere you're putting all your all youryou know your opportunity money or youryou know your side money out like likeyou're betting on a on a wheel black orred andand put all your chips in the center inTallinn ready coming next you know youblock hits and then you're totally youknow penniless or whatever your money isbasically gone you don't want to do thatyou want to do some just kind of likesome test buys or some are just you knowtake take a small amount of money andjust try it out and if it doesn't workout then you know hey like I tried methis is not working you have to getthrough something elseI see BK bending and flipping this assetbut if I do anything sporting does I'dbe a little bit it's something Iprobably want to do more like I seenCincinnati picker in law do you reallydo it like the like the gloves and thebats and stuff like an I grabbed acouple I haven't really told anyone Iguess I'm starting to move yeah like Ibought some the I bought a bunch ofthose cleats that um you know that wereon so it Ross they were a real cheat andthere's absolutely move number toothyeah yeah I'm not too worried about itlike a thug like a lot of like I saidlike a lot of stuff that I buy for eBayI'm able to have that mindset of this isa long-term investment yeah I mean likeI would love worth to sell right awaybut you know I'm okay with it sittingfor a little bit it's almost like like aCD for me or something or you know orsome type of investment were it pays outwithin a six-month period like that's mykind of my thought process with some ofthe stuff I put on eBay not because Ithink eBay store or apply or anythingjust because I'm able to think like thatbecause of my Amazon's my quick flipcash flow which that helps fun more thanmy eBay inventory but also it funds myAmazon with the profits it turns out toso you know it's once for me once I gotAmazon really rock and rolling my cashflow problems have kind of went awayfrom those work and that's all becauseI've gotten to kind of like a certaincertain level I guess where I make anexcellent profit you know so it's ableto to kind of keep me afloat indifferent ways and then with my my mybanker like with my personal incomecoming in you know I'm able to add in alittle bit of money every repay to kindof give me a little extra boost here andthere to get bigger because I'mbasically going all-in every two weeksbecause I get paid every two weeks fromwork and I get paid every two weeks withAmazon though I have a run down so Ihave like $10 my count by the time I getpaid again so so when Thursday comesaround I could pay my bank count beyondlow but it'll get back up real quickbecause I guess both of those they drivedown same time I was just gonna ask youthat did they both come in the sameWaker do they go every you know ones oneweek and the other the next week it'sthere were there were a little a littlemore separated but because my businessor my my because of my work gettingbought out we had to go to their kind oftheir pay schedule which we were thereweek ahead so it used to be I used toget paid on a Sunday with Amazon andthen I get paid again on Wednesday orThursday that falling week and then bythat time I'm already like I'm only liketen days away from getting paid againbut I'll I got you know a couple grandslapped into the account where I'm ableto pay some bills and source and notreally have to worry about too much soit's not too bad because there's alittle bit of a stagger but now it's Iget paid on Thursday which it's just asI get paid so in two days and then I getpaid on Sunday so it's a lot closer it'sgoing to be a little bit it's a littlebit different than it was before Iactually liked it better before becauseit was a little little more spread outbut now it's not we're all lucky likeCraig and get paidwhenever he wants because he is likeautomatic that deposit whatever yeahmust be nicelater Kaiser overthrew their things butyou know yeah man appreciate you hangingout I wanted to say hi to a few morepeople to jumped in I know Jordan myflippant life is here thanks for joiningus Jordan I don't know if we said hi toTripler but I want to see how do you aswell so troubling this some one moreperson jump in I'm trying to rememberwho it was now hoodie bro yep you Codybro and blue rhino liquidations what'sup Freddieanybody else I'd missed feel free to tagme and yell at me yeah you say a littlewrong I'll know have you seen themeither yeah I think we said two in themorning but are in the beginning butwe'll say to you againgood morning yeah like agarics and likebudget to be Debbie Frieda that's theway I'm trying to get I want to get mycar paid off but I need a SUV not onlyfor the kids and the family but for mybusiness too so I have a feelingbasically as soon as I get that car paidoff which is gonna be soon I'm gonnahave another payment coming out withhaving that probably because I'm there'sno way I'm gonna be okay unless I boughtsomething used where it was like youknow hi miles which I hate doing that beonly way I could pay cash for somethingand I have a payment anymore but I mightdo that to be honest I might be betteroff doing that because I gave such badluck with musicalsI bought a 2007 Cherokee Jeep GrandCherokee and all had like 80,000 mileslike oh I got it was like 40 and I don'tknow I'm sorry 60 I think I had it Idrove 20,000 miles and trained blue init so the when I took it to thedealership they said they've never seena tranny blowing a train a deep look atthat a thousand miles soI must be must been the beard orsomething that brings us out here and ifI need felt issuing from my wife wantsanother adverse or yeah for sureFreddie I'm not under the weather butI'm not able to me weight on my footbecause gouts gotten worse for mewalking on it really picker says I usedto get paid once a month of my full-timejob I hated I had a job like that onceor we got paid every month I don'tunderstand why any company would want topay anybody within that that is so hardto budget you know I understand like youget a nice paycheck at the shore whenyou do be paid but man you know you canhave some things come out right away andthe next you know you're like down tothe nitty-gritty just food money and youknow whatever else so it's really hardto budget we used to do that too becauseI had a job where I got paid monthly sowe would take my paycheck and we woulduse that to pay off most of the billsand then we DS Ashley's paychecks tokind of just like live off of this Scottsays with the low interest rates on newcars it's one of the only divots thatare worth it with my credit and mycredits not good from for me being anupgrade when I was younger and previousrelationship a person running up mycredit while I was locked up my creditis just horrible horrible I've gottenwhat it is like secured credit cardswhere I put a deposit down that I'mbeing able to use and pay off everymonth and kind of building my credit youknow I do have the business you know itwas set up and everything saw but theystill taking the credit for my creditalong with it so I don't know that'sreally gonna help me as much withgetting the vehicle but it's worth ashot I mean if I can get a low interestrate on you be a quad getting snappedfor a fact that you know I'm the personwho had Justin stay 1 I'm able to takecare of it like it's needed so I don'thave any long-term issues orproblems right away with it because nomatter what you buy you're gonna havesome issues with itcars aren't made to the last you know amillion miles or anything anymore butI'm I might go the user I'll maybesomething that's not terribly terriblyran down like with miles but uh yeahsomething I can maybe pay three or fourgrand and just buy outright and not havethe payment yeah hey what's up VictoriaI was notification treating you she mustcame off the boat yep she was part of Ihad Wi-Fi again yeah what's up Dana Danacame on for a quick second she Emperorcame on but we got the here Dana's voiceoh that was cool I'm glad to see somedifferent people come and hang out withus whenever we didn't work in hangoutsand stuff it's for a reason I do justbecause up I want everyone to come comeon that we have in our chats and there'sreally you get to know them because youknow we're robbed we are gonna have ourmeetup here shortly and you know be niceto see faces before we have it so whenwe be me we hey I know who you are tellthem maybe walking right past because Idon't know you are you have to want todo a alive and like if we remember wedon't know whose face it is they have towalk up on us it's good cool on the NewYork yeah but she said it was very niceand yes mister Wi-Fi I bet I don't knowhow how you I don't know how I could wewent on a trip for seven days not a dayany type of internet or whatever becauseI would still want to check eBay andAmazon and that stuff to see how it'sgoing in case there's any thing you knowissues or whatever that take care of butbut also like you know YouTube becauseI'm always you know want to see how he'sdoing make sure everything's okay withhim and other people like Jenny and allmy other friends that I check out onreally dailybasis yeah but I can't and it have to itwould have to have to have to be SUV Igotta I can get a cheap car for thousandbucks or something like that but it mostdefinitely have to be a SUV because itwho needs something for the people totake the kids out and do stuff withbecause my car is just it's gonna it'sgonna die I run that thing so hard yesso what kind of strategies do you guyshave as far as budgeting and stuff likethat I'd be real interested to hear youknow from every spectrum whether you'repart-time or full-time you know cuzthere's there's always a better way todo things and my way is not always theright wayand it's definitely not always the bestway so um I'd be real curious to hearwhat a lot of you guys that have beenreselling much longer I have to say ormaybe you're newer and you've just kindof adopted someone else's way of doingit I'd be curious to hear morning baddogshe's the creator of damn innate so Iguess jenny was but she made the shemade those she made the logo yeah baddog what's upI don't Britney she's asking do you havea whiteboard or a planner she said she'sa visual visual person sometimes seeingyour day planned out or the progressyou've made throughout the day can helpyeah I typically don't have a whiteboardor a planner but I do normally preferget out of my bed in the morning I havelike a plan of what I'm gonna do in thatday and typically I'll go and attackthat plan andnormally makes me feel pretty goodwhenever I take care of it what's upwhat's up what's up brotheryeah who's the Victorian no I'm not sickI'm just laying down right now it mightbe why I sound this way I have gout inmy foot I'm not able to put any weighton it so I wasn't able to walk downstairs to get the computer looks thosequestions she said started listing onVindi yesterday I'm a Karla's thingsaren't sitting up in the app should Icall them is your Macari connected tothe vendor because I know that was anissue for a lot of people if that's thecase you just need to log into Macari ona separate tab and then go back andrefresh your been due and connect ityeah like I think that's the problem Iwas having it was good me in here but Ididn't have a tab open with my car somaybe that was uh was the problemyeah except right so somebody every songactually I used the heck out of awhiteboard I need to get back to that ohthat's how I'd like to set up if I gofull times it's a really map it outbecause it'd be easier on my wife bebetter for my kids it'd be better for mebecause I definitely don't wanna if Igive full time I don't want them to everfeel like I'm hiding down here all dayI'm not don't care about them or youknow misspent as much time as I can withthem but also being able to do mybusiness justice by getting enough stuffdone as well so if I'd like set a dateplan up like yeah my kids like to sleepin so you know do the morning show packmy stuff and then from that point ontill like sayfour o'clock or five o'clock you know Ikind of leave as for family time or hometime and then after that four five onwould be like my like work time beginfor sure so I'm like I love you somehowI would set it up picks up taking ruralLarry Lafferty what's going on gaspswhat's up Larry what's up girl I seenyou guys prejudge come in Victoria's akais Veronica because of me yeah see she'sreally in the mood you just call herVeronica foreverVictoria I know yeah I'm confused nowwhat's up Greg no money gee thanks forbeing here man sup Greg Tabitha I'mexcited to to start to do some differentthings in my business and it's gonnatake a lot of budgeting to reallystretch it and really do everything thatI want to do a lot of it's like thewhole cell I want to try and get someproducts to rock from the company aswell that me and assays looked at acouple also counts and some of theprices there's some savings but it's nota lot and it doesn't leave a lot of roomfor uh you know for air or whatever likefor for shipping and everything likethat's in an Amazon or whatever – Iwanted to be where I'm able to to buy abunch of stuff and just like today andmake 20-25 percent like I would betotally fine with those type of returnon investments but so far on that so I'mhaving to do it a different way[Music]I'm gonna try and go talk to thecompanies if possible and be able to youknow get them on board or get on boardwith them so this way I'm I mean I guessmaybe even some exclusives or possiblybring them a little different marketthat maybe they don't even have for sureI think the morning Zanna first thanksfor joining us what's up Jenna praiseTommy says I would love to see you gofull-time and do what you enjoy doingjust be aware it's not all rainbowssometimes you get unicorn poop Iunderstand I understand that yeah anyanything that you do it's never going tobe all rainbows unless you know like ifyou're some type of millionaire and yougot millions just to throw it at thewall and it doesn't come back oh wellyou know that's basically the only wayspeople can can think that or whateverit's it's all about doing things youknow in the calculated manner and mywife of all people she's been supersupportive of me through this wholereselling thing she she basically Deanasays like you know I trust what you'rewhat you're doing just do it just makesure that you know the kids got theirstuff but they need that's all I ask andthey have not been without that so shortthough what did you think when you firststarted bringing a bunch of crap home toresell well I was home you know home andnot you know working at the time and Iwas watching vaping shit like videos andstuff because I'm selling big productslike a little bit at the time to likelocally and stuff and somehow I stumbledupon that that stores Lockard thing andthen souls went to a thrift store Clubealludu and you know I showed her I'mlike like hey check us out and she'slikehe got what for that and I'm like yeahyou got like $20 for the dollar polo andthen like I showed him some other stuffand I'm shown in numbers and uh yeahlike I'm not I like to try and show herthe research that I see like when I'mlooking at certain things this way she Ibet I feel like she has to worry butyeah just so she knows what I'm doingsorta yeah Luke because he like forexample she helps me back like my Amazonshipments and stuff sometimes well nowall time actually and that's been a hugehelp because it's so much you know prepinvolves so it helps me out a lotbecause it cuts down on my stuff so Iwant her to be involved a little bit tobe able to be supportive and help me andI like that I want her to see that youknow when I'm buying some of the stuffor I'm doing these things you know it'susually a pretty calculated purchase ora wreath or good reason or whatever thecase is so and I want her also to learntoo because sometimes shoke ball andshe'll find certain things and then youknow I really excel cheb like see toldyou told youso it's almost like that competitivenessthat we have between each other a littlebit but that's awesome to havecompetitors between each other when wewere working for the same team so lookslike Alexis just got a brand newnickname from Jenny she's now Angussorry had no it will be your wife killsthe game though when it comes toreselling man like I've been outsourcingwith you guys and I do see that she's ayou know definitely getting better andbetter as a picker and she's uh she'sreally good with helping you with AmazonI've noticed yeah she should be scan soshe'll go and scan like when we go talkto target for example she's new she'lltake one of the kids with her or to thekids with her I'll take one of the kidswith me the kids with me depend on whattype of buggies we have or whatever andwe'll split up and we'll hit differentdirections and and being able to just dothat is amazing because it saves me somuch time now the stuff that you mightforget or might not see that things goodyeah but for the most part she doesreally good and I sometimes things thatI miss because I'm not I'm not yeah andshe'll catch so it's just an extra setof eyes it's a different perspectiveit's a you know a man and then a woman'sperspective one reselling one what'svaluable and just basic knowledge ofthings that she uses are I use or whatshe sees online or whatever the case maybe so you know it's pretty awesome tohave that I mean you see her at the bendlike she's she's gripping stuff up andjust tossing the buggyshe'll bring it over me and you know iseverything gonna be Hummer now or goodno but yeah she she wants to make surethat Abe we have an opportunity to youknow have the first dibs on it if she isright plus she loves like you know doingthe bullion me basically so she knowsit's for sure but I mean I like duringthat because it's like you know it'slike good she she's learning she'sgetting better in this yeah I mean likecuz yeah you're better than one you knowI mean like and it's finishing resellinghand in this perspective because theremight be days that I don't feel goodyeah my body I'm sure isn't gonna holdthe forever and I mean just like how Iactually problems and stuffyou know I mean like with me working ina warehouse and running around me beinga bigger guy I'm sure you know my kneemy back isn't gonna hold it foreverbecause I have her need this my backsince I was 20 and I haven't never gothim operate on or anything like that soI'm you know like I'm sure eventuallythat the health issues are gonna justcome slam and put me to a slamming holdso if her is that you know a situationwhere I'm full-time and you know I needher to go and source even if it's justAmazon you know that's fine that'sthat's that's a big piece of it notickets though then we're able to keepdoing business as usual in that's nowshe'll have beam engineers you knowmoving forward we have a she does thatfor me every once in want to like shehad some time between a split shift theother day and she went and picked me upsome Amazon inventory at between that'sone thing I miss like whenever we firststarted our channel she was throughoutthe first part of last year she hadthree surgeries so she was off work alot yeah man let that bother everywhereand she'd be quick to sniff off theclearance deals everywhere she's supergood with our a she knows how to calmeverybody getting her trained on Amazonnever sure like just just having thatthat's a cry because like I said likefirst things that I'm I'll look at andI'll just see it as another pair withmachines or you know some type of makeupor whatever and she'll be she'll be arock like do you see this this is fiveten dollars I'm like like I have no ideawhat that is Janet I mean like I mightrecognize the the brand maybe justbecause I've heard her talk about it orwhatever cuz she likes she likes to -she likes to make up stuff she'll followand everything like that but you know Ihave no idea about any of that goodnight Robin flavor up make sleep thanksfor hanging outpretty odd you coming in I know it'slate your way so good night oh Iwouldn't mind trying once I can actuallyput some basementlike I'm in there down you know I'm downhere by myself down there with like sothe laptop my phone some interaction orsome just some some you know justhearing some talk of reselling orwhatever is so nice because it's such alonely occupation you know and it's yeswalking through your buyer sellersthere's some people that have employeesor whatever that are having biggerbusinesses but for most part we're alljust by ourselves but now we're notbecause of YouTube so I think that'spretty awesomeyeah for sure hey Tommy congratulationshe lost three pounds last week hip hopabs are working man we told me 1.7 yeahToucheI can't believe your your your footbeing that bad man like yeah died onwhen I'm I said Jim I shouldn't Ishouldn't have been walking on itthat's the issue push myself all weekendand like even yesterday like it wasimpossible to even like walk to thebathroom right yeah that's that's toughground probably bet you I have to uhtake a trip they are some day that'swhat I actually was saying she thinks Imight need some penny and I biotic orsomething something because uh you knowif you're taking that their medicationI'm supposed to help or whatever andyou're not eating all the stuff at thatgot you that then something yeahsomething's wrongyeah that's the is she did just Ifinally go on a diet and I start likeeating like right and then I get gouttwice in a week yeah that's that's toughI've never had that thing going over theother as you down like I don't handsomethat's definitely painful yeah I did itsucksas I said Jennifer you better go to theER or something so made me come in yourhouse and pick you up on top my back inthe car you from house all my orders ifyou want yeah I was like that's like theone non-negotiable thing that needs donetodayAshley offered to take them to the postoffice for me but there's no way in hellshe's gonna be able to locate them downthere and or attack them yeah they needto impact yeah thanks Jenny appreciateitso I get to the basement though it'sgonna be interestingit's a teleport down or something wouldthat be nice but good looks not evenjust getting down there it's like onceI'm down there I'm gonna have to likewalk all the way around the basement topull the items that sold I have like 16or 17 items that need to go out todaysheesh yep if my son didn't have schoolday I'll probably what came down and howwould you do horriblemaybe definitely does a boot help yesand now there's I mean it hurtsregardless even if I'm just laying herewe have one of those beds that are likemechanical so like right now I've had myleg up this entire time it's probablynot the reason my voice sounds weirdbecause it's like distorting my body alittle bit but where's it or is yourpink like at is it your whole foot or isit Archer it's kind of like right belowmy ankle and wrapping the whole wayaroundmmm yeah Jenny all right my he might bedownstairs and he's stuck down until youfeel betterwell the good news is if I can getdownstairs I have a pair of crutchesthat she's just kind of stacked againstthe wall so I can kind of use thosewhat have you had your Hadassah grabthose crutches for you yeah any way shecan yeah thank you to the steps and thenyou can Jenna I once a hop but you cankind of use one crutch all the way downso you know I'm one you know your footreally touching yeah sure yeah exactlyJohn Jones oh that's a he said so onething I hate about being a womenabrasion and all stops my problems it'sexactly why like I try to have my wifeyou know you know in on a lot of theoperational things or whatever so likefor example someone's to the point whereI can just print on my labels fur andjust have her just go at it for the mostpart now I'll go pair and like sure likeprep all my stuff and then I'll just putin the box because she doesn't shedoesn't not a ship correctly it shouldwas first up in a box it won't be thesameyeah for sure changes the last ones atthe Arizona gurney waiting for healthkatha hard cap on my phone trying tofigure out vacation mode yeah and that'stough manyep that's the tough part about thisbusiness is there's always stuff youneed to do even that's you know you'reunable because you got too many items inour to like even if you had Ashley likeyou direct air worse than the stuff isit's when we hard for you to yeah orbring all this up like that would be achore in itself still yeah I also saythat's one oh then I'd say maybe do islike get on it get on like FaceTime withher and just have kind of point or adirectional need to come up and then youkind of pack upstairswell that's the other thing I have allmy shipping supplies downstairs too soit's kind of has to be done down thereI'll just have to man up and do it youknow is what it is no socks on yeahdefinitely does but I'll get through itI've had this before so kind of used toit it's actually a good idea uh JohnJames does I think we should all have asheet of paper handy that walks lovedones through release shutting down thestore temporarily yeah it's not a badideaScott says someone needs a to changeyour smoke detector battery I heard achirp I think that's on your in therehasn't it it's it's probably Ashley'sphone that's what are the technics oundslike really yeah she's over here crashedout she worked overnight Eric doesn'ttheir basement next house can't imagineworking in a basement all day actuallynot that bad nowbut I see I'm human all day yesterdaythat's just one of my the are I peed onhimselfyou guys should have seen eight we ran aprivate hangout yesterday and he waswalking around with his little pistollooking for him we must eat some of thatmuch food never put on call the RadekI guess he might eat some I guess babyanyway it wasn't a lot missing I likethe thing she left out but as soon as weput it out like that thing was all overtoday that much yeah for sure and thenafter that we heard or seen him sincethough maybe uh maybe he go on oh yeahJohn said that uh he wishes he had abasement probably have moreabout the same eBay's I have Amazon mostof my Amazon just either holding forprices to come and go back up a littlebit or I bought a bunch of it because Ihave an opportunity to I'd send some inas like a just like as a test to see ifit's really all gonna move becausesometimes you get some data it's alittle skewed off because it's rightafter Christmas so I'm like well justelope and we'll see what it goes so I'mgonna have it much and man out imaginethe size of a unit I would need just tokind of you know have a space to have adesk and and all the clothing codes andall the box material and with troublefor loosing warehouse last January howBIG's your warehouse Tripler that'sawesome man so Dan says hey how do youfeel about creating a new listing onAmazon one item your scan isn't foundsometimes when I scan an item and it'snot found I take a picture of it andthen it willpop-up sometimes people put in the wrongUPC's on purpose I almost feel likebecause they don't want people otherpeople to find the item they're lookingfor so take a picture of it see if itpops it up or you can even do a manualsearch by just putting in the title ofwhat the item you're looking for and alot of times you know you might have tosearch through a little bit of stuff tofind it but you usually find it prettypretty easy afterwards but I've nevermade a new listing my phone either wayI've never made one from scratch yet notsaying that I wouldn't or would I've goteyes never I don't unless it's somethingthat I already had like say I'm offeringit like eBay that I had new tags me tagsand receipts for that would be like thatbuy something that wasn't on already onAmazon not because it's not going to begood it's just I don't have any salesdata to go off of it that it's sold oranything me unless it's something it'slike brand brand-new like say it's likeI keep using Funko's as a example butyeah say like a new Funko comes outhorse Funko's are gonna sell because ifyou trawling its new or whatever so Imean you make one for that and you'd begood just make sure you put all thecrack Creek data that they asked forlike title descriptions the picture hasto be on a white background all thattype of stuff yeah I've never made myown listing on Amazon yet either Triplersaid that he has a video on his channelshowing off the space he has in hiswarehouse 1712 feet dude we don't mindif you some of the topdrop shippers out there their storesaren't successful always right off thebat sometimes they have to test multipleproducts themselves too and see whichone works for them so you always want tobe able to have another product that youguys can promote okay so you should bewatching videos like this so what Iwould recommend for you to do is lookout over here hit the subscribe buttonright over here on the bottom right handcorner of your screen just smack thatsubscribe button also hit the bell whenit pops up the notification bell so thatyou're notified when I come up with thenext video on Aliexpress best productsokay so let's go ahead we'll get startedand we'll start moving through theproducts here have a pen ready so youguys can take some notes okay let's goahead and get started oh one last thingmy facebook ad ebook tutorial that I putout in the last couple videos some ofyou guys have said that you've had aproblem downloading it so what I'm gonnado is instead of putting the link at theend of the video I'm just gonna put itin the in the description of the videookay of how you guys can request that soit's going to be basically an autonotification system so as soon as yousend the request you should be able toget the link back to where you candownload it it'll be a Dropbox link okayand if you guys end up downloading myFacebook ad tutorial ebook if you guyscould please give it a thumbs up on thevideo right now that lets YouTube knowthat you value the content that I'mproviding so thank you and let's goahead let's go ahead and start lookingat the first product okay so here we gookay so here's the first one it's calleda mini drone and a lot of you guys haveseen the drones out there the ones thatyou hold the hey little hand recorderand you you aim it and you zoom thedrone all around but this one'sbasically you justpick it up throw it up in the air and itstarts flying so let's watch the videohere real quick it's the function ofautomatic avoidance with encounteringups tackle at the button it will riseautomatically and sensing interactiveaircraft it can be played by many peoplethe grape turns over to stop flyingclick on its power button to switch intohigh-speed mode ok so that's basicallyhow it works you guys can go and watchit yourselves it's a it's a mini droneit's available for only $10 and 40 centsand what I like about this product is Ihaven't seen a lot of these out there Ihaven't seen a lot of people promotingthem I think it's great for Christmastime so if you can get your storefrontsup really quick or maybe you've got astorefront already up you could quicklyadd the product through or bare low andget it up and running fast it's gotalmost nine thousand orders already guysso it is popular it's got four hundredand forty six reviews a 4.7 rating and Ithink that this is something that isgoing to be you're gonna be seeing a lotof this out there okay here we go let'sgo over to item number two alright thisone is basically amount am I looking uphere for its amount for your iPhone caseor your cell phone case in the car andbasically what you do is you stick it toeither your dashboard or you could putit on your window and what's great aboutit is that you can quickly just smackyour phone onto the mount and it sticksand you could pop it right off with theones with that with the clamps right nowyou know that when you're fiddlingaround while you're driving if you're ifit falls down your phone falls off youhave to quickly you know what I do is II grab the wheel with my knee and then Iquickly reach over and put my phone intothe clamp and hopefully it stays so thisis something that's great I saw a guyyesterday I pulled up to a light Ilooked over to my right and there was aguy that just basically popped it rightoff did something with his phone smackedit right back on it was so quick andsimple I thought I'd seen these beforebut I never really thought to get oneand so this one right here has 1500orders 646 reviews that's a lot ofreviews for fifteen hundred and tenorders and it's got apoint-9 reading so let me play the videohere real quick on that[Music][Applause][Music]that's the magnetic strips right thereyou put it on the back earphone and thenit just quickly sticks right to the unitthere and that's how it works so if youguys are interested in that that mightbe an option for you I did check let mesee here I'm gonna go check I found aname I'm over at save big domains guysif you guys are interested in buyingtheir namesI found one here it's magnetic car phoneholder if you're wanting to create awebsite for that only $8.99 if anybodywants that feel free to take it I didcheck some other ones on some of theother products and kicked member with itwhat it is right now but if you guys arelooking to save money on your domainnames or maybe you have ones coming upfor renewal I'd recommend going to savebig domains it's a lot less expensivethan GoDaddy and network solutions andall the other companies all right solet's head over we're gonna look at itemnumber three this is basically alighting system and I know we've allseen lighting systems at Home Depot andstuff but this one they do it in kind ofa neat way they basically put itunderneath the bed and so it kind ofcreates a nice ambience lighting for theevening time onto your bed and this onelook at the number of orders on this youwouldn't expect this for just somelighting cords a little over sixteenthousand orders thirty three hundred andtwenty one reviews in a four point eightreading and look at the prices if youguys buy this in bulk you guys could beselling this on Amazon and making somemoney you could even offer this if youcan get it low enough free plus shippingif you wanted to if you were going to beselling a lot of these depending uponthe storefront that you had and type ofproducts that you guys were promoting sothat is item number three let's go aheadand take a look at item number four herewe go it's kind of under the same kindof lighting concept these are basicallyLED fiber-optic shoes for boys and girlsyou guys could promote these two littlekids to run around at nighttime I knowwe've all seen like the little light onthe heel when little kids are walkingsometimes at night when they're walkingyou know out and about outaround town and every time they take astep the light clicks on this issomething that I think would be reallyinteresting it's got almost fourthousand orders and it's got a fourpoint eight reindeer ranking and look atthe price is 18 to 25you could easily promote these fourlittle kids you know on the $40 range$45 range let's click that real quick sothat is the LED shoes for those of youguys that are interested in promotingthat to young kidslet's go ahead we'll take a look at thelast item number five this goes alongwith the order of the holidays right nowwith the lighting it's still earlyenough that if you guys are sellingproducts currently in the Christmasarena in the holiday arena then this isa product that you guys can promote itis a it is a like a fairy light Garlandoutdoor area or even you could do it forweddings and stuff but look at theamount of orders this is what struck meit's got over 45,000 orders that's a lotof orders guys somebody is making a lotof money on this and look at the pricesix point seven three to 18 point sixzero so depending upon if you're buyingin bulk or not you guys could go outthere and promote this this is somethingthat you guys could run scaling adsbased upon weddings and you could runads in perche in any country becauseeveryone's getting married women aregetting married constantly and you couldalso run ads based upon the what do youcall it the events that wedding holdersare having they're having these hugeshows in Los Angeles in New York inMiami for bringing all these women thatare getting married all these women thatare going crazy because they're gettingmarried and they will just spend moneylike crazy on buying lights like thisfor their wedding shower parties ortheir wedding dinner event so you guyscould promote this so that is itor the five products for today rememberguys if you guys like this if there areany products in here you guys thoughtwere interesting please look down belowthe video right now and hit thesubscribe button over here right overhere and then smack the notificationbells so that you're notified when Icome up with more winning videos thanksguys for watching and I appreciate youguys hanging out with me alright bye bye

Discover Your Top Products Per Region in Power BI w/DAX
[Music]hi everyone it's Sam McCoy here todaywe're going over something reallypractical we want to discover what arethe best selling products in aparticular region and we might want tosee some sort of sort of correlation Imean that that's why we would do this wewould want to see well are there somecommon is there some common productswhich sell really well across all of ourdifferent regions to all the differentareas that we might be selling to nowit's not difficult to be think about itto work out what the total sales are forexample of every product per region butwhat could happen is if you do that isit can get you can get a really reallyreally busy chart and you might actuallyall visualization and you might actuallyonly want to focus in on the top ofproducts so if I just mock this up andthe example I've got here so I'll takeout the calculation I've already got andI'll put in total sales now if we lookat that you'll see here that we sell alot of products right we sell a hugeamount of products and that list can getreally long in us very actually it'squite hard to actually see any trends orto see the you know to see thecalculation or the insight that we wantto see so what we have to do is we needto somehow make the ones that are not onthe top to is what the example we'regoing to use here though the productswhich are not in the top two we need tosomehow make that blank so that itdoesn't actually show up in ourvisualization here and it's not as easyas you think there's a little bit to thedecks formula that we're going to writetoday and there's a little bit you knowof understanding that's required toactually understand how why this insightcomes about so there's certainly hasmany reasons why you would actually doit and and it's very useful you can useit for a range of different you know arange of different scenarios not justselling be selling products could bebest customers best selling regions be asales people you could goyou could even you know isolate profitmargins profits cost yeah there'sthere's so many different ways youactually use this this pattern thatwe're going to use but no the greatthing about it is we can change thecontext of the calculation and it alsowill adjust the table so you know thisis a perfect example so this is a muchmore contained visualization it's veryeasy to see these are all the places wesell the top two people we could wecould sort by the product name forexample and we could see well is therean our best selling products and allthese regions as there any commonground' he I mean is there anything thatsort of pops out to you and says okaywell this is by far our best sellingproduct that could determine yourmarketing promotions your advertisingyour new deals that you might put on soon and so forth just to remind that youcan download this resource and all theother training resources are throughenterprise DNA TV link is in thedescription it just requires a smallpurchase okayso let's jump into it let's start fromscratch here so I'm just going to jumpto my demo model I'm going to show youthe formula that you need to write toactually make this happenokay so let's just set the scene herelet's go and grab let's go grab ourstate where she will go state code thereand we will go total salesso let's actually leave it as a map hereokay and then we want to grab we'regoing to grab our the name of eachlocation within our state within ourstates and then within that I also wantmy productsokay so we need to so we need to avoidis bring in total sales is obviouslygoing to show total sales for everysingle product for every single regionwell I want to isolate I only want toshow the sales of the top two productsin every region then I want to blank outeverything else okay so to do that to dothat we need to utilize this formula soI'm going to call it top two productsper region now as I mentioned you canuse this in so many different ways so socertainly you know it's justunderstanding let's chasm of you likeyou know this this this way that weactually find this answer I mean youcould apply them and multiples ordifferent ways okay so I'm just goingthrough I'm going to use B variableshere I'm a big fan of variables so I'mrecommending to get into them as soon asyou can and have a good understanding ofwhat you can achieve within just gonnaput a ranking context in here we'regoing to use a function called toppingwhich has become a new favorite of mineand then I'm gonna find my product namebecause that's actually what we're goingto rank here if you think about it we'retrying to find the top two products sothe ranking context is going to be justthat okay and then I'm gonna go returnand dump down to a new line duringcalculates and then I'm gonna obviouslywe're ranking where we're calculatingsales here right so we want we stillwant to calculate sales we just want tocalculate in a new context and that'swhat you can do inside of calculate andhere's top in I'm gonna say okay wellthe in value is two because we want torank or only find the top two then I'mgonna go all here I'm gonna go allproduct name I'm gonna close that offand then I'm gonna rank by the salesright now ranked by sales and that's allwe've got to do for top it now the lastthing I've got a jobs we've actually gotit because of this all statement here orthis all function we've got to actuallybring back the context of the productname and that's where this rankingcontext comes up and so if I go okay andthen I bring this in I'm just going toprofile and make sure that it'sformatted correctlyif I bring this into this table you'llsee now check this out check this outthere's actually blank values for all ofthe products which are not in our toptwo so if we if we say let's have a looklet's actually let's actually sort theseso you see here now but these are allour top two products in any specificregion and that's why you know up herewe're getting a lot of values and thenthey start to peter out and then all ofa suddenwe'll get you out a bit lower and you'llsee that we have everything's blank andthat is because now we've isolated thetop two products and dynamically viathis formula and we're only showcasingthe sales for those two products andthen this obviously links back into thedata model just like every and you knowjust like most of the calculations we doand that's what we want to achieve nowif I get rid of total sales this tableis going to become a lot smaller andit's only going to showcase the top twoproducts will the sales of the top twoproducts which is awesome and then wecould you know there's lots of stuff wecan do around visualizations data barsis a good one and we could bring in somecolor to this and again we could have alook here and we can see okay well itlooks like well you know product one ispretty well sold but you know it lookslike product twenty-eight producttwenty-eight is you know very quickly wecan identify well this is a pretty thisis a this is a top of product in a lotof areas so pretty good inside rightpretty good way to find you know toquickly discover things you know basedon ranking in as I mentioned you coulddo this so many different ways it'scrazy you know how quickly you couldreuse this you could just copy and pastethis you can put it into customerssalespeople you know any don't mentionthat you think of can think of all thatyou have in your data model you coulduse this in in bring us insight intointo your reports okay let's roundthings off there hopefully you like thecontent if you did throw the video alikereally appreciate itand don't forget to subscribe as wellfresh power bi content every weekday allthe best with this technique absolutelysure that you'll be able to utilize usin many different ways it's a reallyreally quick and easy way to discoveryour great insight so all very best inspeaking next time

Andrew Tan Talks About How To Start An Ecommerce Business | ecommerce business in singapore
cool so today I'm here with mr. Newtonhe's an e-commerce expert he has beendoing e-commerce for the past 13 yearsit has been teaching with a provensystem on how to use the internet tomake money right so maybe we can share abit about your journey like how manyfirst after you have successfully or youfeel that will be what yeahinteresting question I actually feelmany many times and my journey tosuccess or my journey to my firstmillion dollars actually I came a lot ofprice for wrong things like I followed afew men thought previously from Americathat promises that while we they'reshort for your time we have got a thirdand you can grow to become making atleast five six figures a man even hitmillion dollars a month so those aretimes like in2005 that I was buying intoa lot of these Americans because uh andturns out quite a lot of them don'tdeliver on what they promised on andthey take your money and then after theyteach you things that are so superficialwhat's the things that along the way Ialways felt that the internet had itsfuture of his own as you know that wealready see signs in retail where onlinebusiness is slowly slowly affectingoffline business so he saw this a longtime ago and then when I was starting myeBay journey in in to 0 second of when Ifirst started selling on ebay the firstmu T was ET yeah first on ebay and thetime I wasn't making a lot of money Iwas like trying out everything on my ownto see what works or notmaking about five hundred three hundreddollars us a month which I know wasn'tenough fluffysee I was net profit there are fear butstill the net profit wasn't yeahmeliha yeah but Syria thank you andwe've with eBay I decided that myself ofinfo and I picked my mentor quite a sumof money and he's from he's from Canadaand when I had to even travel quite farwhen learning this skill but then onecool thing that I really discoveredabout about selling on eBay okayyou can make use of big data you canmake use of software to do research toreally find out what can make moneyfirst then you spend your money to buystocks that's why right from the earlydays I already had this concept thatthat making money somebody can make youcan't lose but if you know how to findout things where the profit is there andyou will not lose money and that'sdemanding in those thingsyou almost 95% sure of making money withhow many products are you selling knowhow many shops do you like I actuallyhave quite a few businesses and Istarted off selling electronics andelectronics was my main niche for forabout seven years and then SS myevolution when like I started withproducts where it is like Oh am or nobrands and products they're justfunctional and they may even perform aswell as a brand of good but then theprices are people so from China all myall my stuff and from from thoseproducts they started I realized it is areally easy way to start you find outwhat actually sells well then after thatyou go on to websites in China you canfind out these products is it stillselling welland after think those products and alower price and redirect to SingaporeSouth okay so I see you see that if thatmarket sock they put up yeah the poorshould be yeah exactly thing it wastheir super crown arrow but then ofcourse their products way they are quiteno-brainer like your phone's bluetoothearpiece speaker /o iPhone covers Ithought everyone else is selling thesame thing there was a competitive edgesee yes what I see as the evolution ofe-commerce many people when I startedecommerce that time they will start offselling things that everybody areselling but then the problem that iscompetition your credit competition thethis you can be selling well for onemonth and suddenly someone else comewith with the same for that and thenthere'll be a price one that's right theway I look at ecommerce is when youstart knowing what sellswe're already you should have an edge ofpackaging things together bundlingthings together or as what yourcompetitors don't do and then when yougain sudden market share and at the sametime gain some database of customerswhen when you get your so backtrack onesaying is that when you sell online youalways get the customers name contactdetails order you should keep that as aformal database so while on one handyou're selling these database isaccumulating then when you ask when youaccurate database even though competitorcan come in to sell the same productthat you're selling you can always havethis database where you can bundlesomething new and go goes out to thesame existing customers a new for acondo so new product liner in in a waylike a new frock package well ultimatelywhat I see as the way that you can meetyourself differently ecommerce is yougot to have your Odin brand and andthat's why I createdSingapore's first type of brainand peekaboo and I just tell you I'm noteven a dyke expert on the mean the mainthing was that I did a bit of homeworkand I found out that this was anindustry that could be deducted and andbecause this is naturally had a lottraditional distribution channels whenthey go through so distributorwholesaler and so now I become themanufacturer where I do private labelingin other words that means go find asupplier they have existing formulas orexisting ingredients existing moles andall you do is just change that thatbranding to your home by train sothere's a big thing I've got privatelabeling is a huge business modelaltogether and what I'm showing you heretoday is really the cutting edge ofe-commerce what's the future going tohappen in e-commerce and and once youhave your own brand now you are themanufacturer brand owner making soreinternet to go to the end consumer andwhat does this meannow you can literally give consumers abetter quality product but at the sameprice that's why your company thewrestling and because you have that yeahyou become a low-cost producer you willhave an economic mode means it is not soeasy for someone else to compete withyou because you can produce it peopleall you have the bread and all that nowwe say that there are four levels of abusiness right the first level isproducts right products and services allright let's say I buy a normal shoeso maybe five dollars for like ChinaRussia was right there are say thismarketing shoes and branding right solike why LV bag is worth like $2,000$8,000 is because of mocking seasonreading mmm-hmm of business right it's aplatform so you BoAlibaba faced with a platform businessright but doesn't hold any taxes is thebiggesttaxi provider Alibaba doesn't own anyinventory is the because biggestmarketplace soplatform businessthe fourth level because the highestlevel is an ecosystem sense that's whyAlibaba comes like a leap a grab alsocome by grab a basically create hopebecause it's an uber has goober itsecosystem there or support each otherand when you can create a business as anecosystem business right then that'swhere you have a very strong economicmove right and number one investors whoinvest in you and what do you havecompetitive aging about the tree you canyeah all these sounds really great youknow thank you for that and and you seea TRD whoever what you was we still Ifeel is the good thing about yeah at themost basic thing you know where they arestarting why is what should they belooking at and and like you do Facebookmarketing and it's all if you reallyfind the correct thing or correctvehicle to start then Facebook marketingjust enhances it to mix it give me onesec no coming back to really about wheredo I come from when you are total newbieand you have no idea where should bestarting I give you a bit of abackground of mine my journey aboutdoing a lot of wrong thingsthere was actually when I started off Idid drop shipping and it on just to whenI did drop shipping and that was in mythought the easiest way to make moneybecause I could don't hold inventory andthen I can I can go I can still makemoney by sending just customers to buyfrom manufacturers okay just a big dropshould be is right so it's basically Tlet's say I hold a shop right on theonline shop so customers buy from anonline shop but from let's say Chinaships directly to the miss the Chinadoesn't ship to me then ships otherships irony to them so this way youdon't go in venturi and you can you knowanything is you can basically your jobis in sales and marketingyeah therefore few money doesn't keepthe care of put upfactory order to take care of all theseknow things yeah all these actuallysounds good you know but this is thereality of what what happened when I diddrops you mean you see that days likemanufacturer was the remote themanufacturer to manufacture the productsright then that is the customer what'sthe raw the customer buy the productsthen there is you also known as theseller what is your role is to find thecustomer to buy the product frommanufacturer correct in thisrelationship you find the customer okaythe manufacturer delivers the product tothe customer but then also oh sorry andone more thing then the money isactually split between you and themanufacturer a lot of people think wowit is such a wonderful model but this isthe reality of this model you willalways be spending advertising dollarsto find customers and in fact which ismore expensive to get I mean you youanswer me to spend money to find a newcustomer to buy from you or to get anexisting customer to buy a game from youbecause 7 times more yeah right so youknow that it's always the new customerthat's the most expensive so in thischart scenario we always spend theadvertising dollars to find a newcustomer but when the new customer getsthe products when the manufacturerdelivers the products within the packagethey'll put their own contact detailstheir own brochures and order again therepeat sales both to hook thatmanufacturer the manufacturer yeahthat's why in then story I realized thatI can be spending so much money drivingand driving driving driving truck IndianI don't hardly anything yeah an innerlogic that found out work that if let'ssay the the spot the the risk ofclearing that inventory is onhands of the manufacturer then I willobviously the manufacturer would commandthe higher profit margin yes No so inthis relationship you always be givingvery very small Commission's only itdoesn't make sense for you yeah so Imean the kind of of mistake but thenagain there are people who do you thinka lot of money they do if they if theyactually find a drop shipper that firsthonest human that they want they willput in their own starter here and therethey have a good budget to spend on assand heating in the car relationship thatactually works is the seller himselfmust be willing to commit to themanufacturer a very high volume everymonth so that person must be really goodto commit the high body that's rightwhen we come for for newbies the easiestway is my opinion for newbies to starteris this time now to start an internetbusiness you must always have a websiteagree of course of ityou must have products you must havesales copies or sales like this and youmust have traffic internet business nowthen then the thing is so manybusinesses on the internet require allthese four and traffic in my opinion noteveryone as a new person has got thatmuch talent and really skills totranscribe traffic yeah you agree that'sright when I started my journey ofreally I need to make money and I needto make money fast and I need my moneyto be secure and safe then I realizedthat okay say this is the whole internetworkwhoa okay internet marketing right andyet there are things like affiliatemarketing as all the direct responds allthese actually all can make money yeahbut yet the learning curve for the newperson was so big you know include meand then in the end in the internetworld I decided to choose you know rightand why all these because all thesewebsites have got one thing in commontraffic traffic so the four things thatsaid just my right website now you don'teven need to worry about website anymoreokay then products products sales copyanything means just a few bullet moreIndia from the instruction where youknow or the box of the item so salescoffee don't even need the water anymoreand the most big thing traffic anymorethat's why that time when I be honest -yeah I'm not technically savvy at all mycomputer skills are like close to homeplus enough okay okay I just know how touse emailsomething very common and yeah nowrealized that if I choose this littlecircle yeah I only need to focus onfinding the correct products and that'swhy I made it easy remember I saidearlier about big dataokay that's why when I realized thatthat the Internet has got software thatyou can use to study human buyingpattern that tells you one is in trendnow how much does it sell how muchcompetitors there are can you make agood profit margin how sustainable isthis product when you can answer allthese questions suddenly making moneybecame a lot more easier compared to therest yeah I think I think making moneyat the LD writes a lot about I'll betrash the money supply how do you findthat get right between divided supplywhere the supplier doesn't know how toget to the consumer and that's wherewhen you come in to buy the programmerand sell your higher that that's whereall the opportunities are whether is itreinstate its buying and selling rightwhat is it my chestbuying and selling when is he buyingproducts buying and selling whether youown a business buying and selling yeaheverything's for saleeverything's about buying and sellingnot finding the the arbitrage yeah and Ithink he has a cristóbal niche softwareyeah I got BT that software he has a bigdealer so answers there that watch notshine so which so there's so manyplatforms right what would you recommendfocus on one platform or do multiplefolks yeah that's also an interestingthought you know like like many peopleare sure you'll be selling overseas orshould be saying locally which I meanamazon she listened be quite funding onit I come back with a in a question likewould you prefer to be a small fish inthe big ocean or would you like to be abig fish in a small pond okay soeveryone ever asking the same samequestion then is the answer like I wantto be the ocean you know what to be theoceanyeah but you need to first rememberbefore you even become a no-show yeah gofirst be a droplet of water okay and andyou if the person who ever wants toconquer the internet or have a bigInternet recess if they don't even havethe little bit of basics okay sobasically what we are talking about eventhough we are talking in like analogiesright he's saying do you want to be abig player in a in a small market so youbecome you have the monopoly you don'tneed a monkey or you would rather be asmall play in a big market so there's alot of competition the other fish caneasily eat you because you do have aneconomy mode right and I said I ratherbe the ocean means you become theplatform if you are Emmas on itself ifyou are cuter itself then everyone'sswimming within your ocean right but ofcourse it's not so easy to build aplatform at the size of that level thefourth level be social ecosystembusiness yeah and and I really have aheart for people who are new and on thistable and my thing is this if you alwaysstart that where you're most comfortablewith the least amount of effort thatmakes correct me first then as you trainyourself well and you get get moreunderstanding of what is this thisbusiness that you are in then you canexpand and scale a lot more to overseasmarkets so which is why after selling oneBaywell the answer is both both the answeris really both right there is a sequencethe sequence is not trying to bite offtoo much until you cannot chew but is tostart off with some manageablebusiness model like selling on q10 whichis very local to local selling to largethat are local to local yeah so that iseasily control you know because anythingthat happens that can go wrong all ittakes is one phone call the customerthings are set up in the USA is so faraway you can get one back review youraccountsuspended and shut down and Indians likeyou could have already spent in 30 or 50thousand dollars to buy a huge amountstop and put it into into in the USA orif I mean I don't mention any othermodels just to be fair but it could bethat people already spend a lot of moneyon inventory and me inventory getstaxing cannot be so because no accountwhatever business beats person isteaching with regards to internetmarketing right applies for business aswell applies for any kind of businessyeah big fish in a small place forbusiness not just internet marketingokay so you recommend going local firstdominate the market first they my my wayof doing things is the the sequenceworks find out what is the niche thatyou are looking at actually that's wellokay test it out on local marketplaceswhere is easily control okay then let'sadd a Sharpie carousel etc so that onceyou know that this product is selectedactually starts selling well then you gomultiple channels multiple channelsmultiple websites you can do deal sitesyou can will start your own websiteusing Shopify whatsoever but only whenyou're tested the product to know thatit sells well and and then you move onto multiple platforms and when you startto move to multiple platforms at timeremember that is not always about justselling one for that base mom what oneproduct can be deadly for that where youcan cross-sell and upsell multiple otherproducts so the customer has got achoice to buy more bundles and one whenwhen that happens ready then you moveoverseas so that's so the strategy is toknow how to write an adjustor one butare you create yourself and those yeahjust like if you go to any I mean retailshop any retail shop even even I justwent to the Iand I bought electric scooter but thenthe electric scooter always come theabsence of the one this this lights togo we do you wonder whatever meat so itonly makes sense that customer so say Idon't mind buying more because itenhances the is related to the firstproduct than one and it's alwaysimportant to remember that that your SSseller your job is to offer it is thechoice of the customer to say whetherthey want to buy and do not want to buybut it's like you offer and you offerthings that are related to what thecustomers gonna buy yeah even if not ahundred percent why say fifty sixpercent why it's not miss a ten percentthen you have even coming from theinternet always ten percent but in themarketplace worldit's actually about fifty percent okayit's a very much smaller ecosystem andand the the ten percent of this is kindof like fifteen percent of this and itscolor to two different kernels and whatyou realize it in marketplace marketingyour control of your bundles or youryour response is nuts or bundle sayswill always be higher so you see youryour competitive edge lies in thedifference between a good set and a petseller on marketplace in my people isnothing is how they how do you researchopera yeah so much how they sell ahottie pursue your hobby they can writea copy yeah because out of these fourstep trigger the next step would be tocreate your own branding on things thatyou already know sell very well yeah andyou know exactly what bundles you needto playokay so remember the fish that's rightthe the beginning is really aboutselecting the correct for that and andmy take on this is that too many peoplefall in love with products it does notsound and we hear people do business tosee oh this this this is so amazing thewhole world can meet and you know peoplesee it contains a corner product but tome is like if the data does not showthat their customers buying this productand making the amount profit margin Iwon't even touch it so what do you thinkis the outlook of the trend of yeah Ihave actuallyevery way I can make money is thequestion of where what needs you youwant to focus on and how big is yourincome if you just sell maybe oncharacter alone I think not so good yeahwell I think that is a product sell outse sell on every platform that's why Icame out this concept for the one nichedominate social on every platform soevery platformokay you start off with where you'recomfortable with and then so once youknow that this projects gonna workalready works with implication duplicatethis on as many website as you can seelocal and overseas okay yes as long asyou know that this product sells eachplatform has got traffic where do wepick up small traffic yeah it willalways bring you a certain amount ofsales yeah and there are actually sothere's no need to drive any ads oranything at all no need to other thanbuying products is there any otherinvestment that people need to come upwith um in the beginning you don't haveto drive any else whatsoever in fact byselecting the correct for that itself islike half the better onethen once once you there are strategieson how you can do promotions to enhanceyour sales so the key things once youhave found a correct for that that emailwould attract the customer come in theback then after that you'll be thingslike how do you appear on top of pageone such page and the another thingabout marketplaces is that when you arewhen your product starts picking up theywere always attaching account manager toyou and it's kind of like you have astaff that works for you but you don'thave to pay for their salary and yet weare dedicated to helping you internetaccount so let's take you take forexample a q10 Account Manager they willask you what you need in order to sellbetter and then do they even help youwith a promotion some by Sponsorpromotions for you sometimes they evensponsor you money so for example theyhave a big campaign Kamiya say yourproduct is originally selling for like$45 you know and then they will say canyou say thirty-nine ninety you know andthen and then they will say okay I'mwilling to sponsor you that differencebetween thirty nine ninety to forty fiveand you start thirty-nine ninety so thatwe can have that big push our customersso they actually do sponsor money aswell so no other money they've spent youhave to sometimes release theadvertising mostly is what advertisingplacement position or place or placementon the pageare you advertise on the platform itselfso less effort I think was yeah now yeahlike they are thenegative ads yeah that's Facebook adsthat's Google ads all these are the adnetworks that are all watering correctbut yet we didn't marketplaces they havetheir own ad networks are in their ownecosystem where it allows you toposition yourself in the high rankingpages so for example on the top of pageone of the search page on the home pageof the eggs actual website or on thedeals patient order sometimes you need alittle money but yet the mud that youpay can be very small it can be like onedollar a day to five dollars a day okayyou know I was reading this book byPhilip ConnorSophie Lee Connor is the father ofmodern marketing right he's theprofessor he writes all the businessbooks about marketing and he said andthe title is marketing 4.0 so staymocking one bio is product centricmarketing means the the companies have aproduct and it's product centric so theway the market is based on how to sellthis product marketing 2.0 is customercentric okay which means they think whyis the needs of the customer and thecritter products to satisfy the needs ofthe customer so they don't suffer theprocess this time for the customer firstand they work backwards to work but Idid my thing 3.0 is humans and treatmentclean means they look at consumers sactual people they interact with peoplelike people rather than just a messemail or that now they interact withtheir clients so that less humans thatwe marketing and marketing for / / isfrom traditional to digital fromtraditional to digitally which meansright now all rightkind of changes in the way people domarketing number one communications notdo is every platform that you see rightbook reorder or call feedback scoreresolved so nowadays right is where toscam people or is very hard to get awaywith it because if you just do one thingthat one time the repetition yeah that'sitit goes viral yeah social media so rightnow right because of social mediabecause of how interconnected the worldis right now the power goes back to theconsumers where they get to share by theexperience so now that we knewleaving in McLean for parole we need touse marking for pyrotechnics rather thanbeing stuck in or how to sell put out acell for that we nearly thinking how canwe you know be part of this wholeecosystem I like the things in power andI wanna Amazon when when I had theprivilege of going to meet up with theexecutives of Amazon to understand howthey work things out they alwaysremember one thing that Jeff Bezos saidthere was an interviewer that asked himso tell me what's going to change youknow next 10 years you know so that wecan be prepared you know yeah and thenJeff Bezos said why talk about what'sgonna change in the next 10 years butrather I would work on what will neverchange in the next 10 yearsfor example customers always want betterquality cheaper price yeah fastershipping correct so if you know thatthese count things will never changethen like what you you say walk backfrom the customer so we was engineerfrom in the end what you know is the endresult of the customer one and withrespect to give the one I think reverseengineers huge business big space a hugesuccess the Marling's about reverseengineering your customer thinking whois your target market and then who whowill want your product and then workingbackwards okay how do I reach the personI wish them to Facebook s I wish them toa Matthew please The X Factor I feelthat the X Factor is still relationshipsbecause it's always be from 5,000 yearsago yeah and at the truth and a lot ofmarketers forget that sometimesautomation feels robotic yeah but if youcan communicate with your customer likeas though you're talking there as afriend or you you even market to them orthat you are not trying to sell them butyou are really trying to be a friend tosay that hey these are your needs firstfind out these aretheir needs then I noticed that theremight be dish product that could caterto your needs and chat with them as afriend the sales the the transactionhappens if everything is not automatedit's we have two skills all rightbasically ten buyers how you gonna carryeach otheryou need software you need software thatcan customize human touch that's nothuman touch anymore even a software tocustomize human touch that's not humananymoregive you an example you know many manymany cat is like like whatsapp or likefacebook Messenger check yeah but in away you can lead the customer down likerole playing game style so customersthey get started you can ask a questionthey know by stupid they know isautomated and before webinars right andbefore webinars their life when you dothat is actually to you an answerofficial or they actually see or Davidayou know that is that feeling like youknow and I'm before webinos that there'sno change they say well I do it so I dois automate aware you know I meanthere's nothing wrong with that it'sjust with automation automation means nohuman touchthere's no way you can automate humantouch unless you see employees that youknow way yes you you've got a pointthere yeahat the same time the the main point andthing is why you have automation thecommunication style is automated needsto feel like it's a friend of interfriend then that way automation humantouch kind of just in degrees it's afine line you can say that there's nolonger human and one but then what thewhen what the customers remember isalways what they feel about you and ifthey can feel that you are friend tothem the transaction happens much easierso right now which is your strongesttelephone directed to the boss strongestplatform right now it is still q10 andlazada q10 patellas are locally on theside I use shorty 5 for my own brand okand how I integrate the two is I butsince you believe this is a veryimportant point every website is alwaysconcerned about traffic and leads yes orno yes and to spend a lot of money toget traffic and leaves and you'd stillhave to put your traffic at least downto a conversion path before they buysomething years alone okay so in when Iuse marketplace marketing why is he cuteunless that I student number one for meis because q10 in lozada already has gotalready traffic for me to use productsto leave the customers in yes but onceI've got them in ready I've got ways toget them converted to become my leads tobuy on my Shopify website okay so okayso basically what he's doing is takingthe leads from the marketplace bringinghim to his own ecosystem where he hasdefault products and because if let'ssay k my while I would never channelFacebook Ads leads to an Amazon pagerise because Emma's all view like tearup hey do you want this other productwhich is my competitors but are insteadright so why he does is he sells onAmazon and he takes the lead scientiston the into his own yeah and then onceonce those leads come back and theybecome part of your database meet thatrelationship with them yeah and ofcourse my my niche is the baby is a babyyeah so this company Kabu Kabu PE k APor is peekaboo comm basically yeah andand and when I've got all these databaseof people come in therefocus on buying baby perhaps I can givethem educational tools give them so andyou feel a whole community oh yeah thenext the next Papa marketing is acommunity marketing because the best wayto create customer loyalty right yeahyes yeah no good put on order but abetter to create customer loyalty rightis that you must create your your yourbusiness like a religion it was creativebusiness like a family when we got goodidea at home in your in the communitywhere accuracy you clear SG mum'sFacebook group so everyone else isactive and if you did about thecommunity contribute oh I bought is badpass on my son is good yeah and we needin every community there will always beinfluences yeah that we always thatinformal leader and somehow rather whenwhen within your own database from evenif you use forms you know once youidentify that person make that person aspecial friend make that person somebodyyou did that you give something extrajust to say help me do a shop and thatone person suddenly brings you a wholelot morethen you can put them through the systemagain and get the database and then Icome to data everything influencesmarketing before yes I have and and notdirectly but I do have a team that takescare of social media marketingno influences yeah yeah the cosmetics ohyeah I will engage followers yeah onepost a post could get like 4,000 likespictures I spend money on fees because Imight not get as much I have used quitea few before and I'm I'm the kind of guywho try not to spend that much yeah soso I always make use of productsexchange yeah for the chance so ifthere's one last tip that you wannashare them on how to get started or howdo you just open a store find a Buddhathere's one lastthis may sound out of context what weare talking about internet marketing andall that but it's definitely got a lotto do with success and we can talk aboutall the vehicles and all the techniquesand whatever that we are doing at theend of the day what makes a personsuccessful or not in my opinion is thisone word great GRI Tgrit is more than perseverance no it'slike when when it's a sense of knowingthat once you keep continue doing whatyou're doing focusing on giving thevalue that you're giving the money willcome along the way and that grid is sucha survival instinct within every humanbeing that I feel if each individual canhave some form of hunger some that woulddevelop some form of grit they willbecome successful and I also alwaysbelieved that every successful personhas some form of responsibility ofburden that they have to fulfill justlike some you need to take care of afamily you need to put food on the tableyou need and and and it's kind of likethe polarization in order for you to tobe wealthy you need to recognize povertyI don't say you need to be poor but youneed to recognize what is that in orderto appreciate that yeah you don't sayright yeah and and it all comes down tothe individual understanding that thisis my spectrum way am I on that spectrumand if I ever want to get to that nextlevel I need to first inside me havethat hunger and the survivors do andagree to say I want to go up I want tobe more successful and that itself nomatter what you do you'll be successfulon top of that maybe I said last secondlast tip would bebe careful who you hang out with youyour your people that you hang out withthe most either will pull you down orthey'll push you to go further so reallychoose your friends wisely and if youwanna up your net worth up yeah yeah sowhat what gives you your grid what Ifeel I feel enough times to have grit inwho I feel enough times with with themaybe I hit I really hate filming and Idid not like the feeling of being afailure so because of that every time Ifail I look at it as what did I reallylearn from this did it feel bad yes itdefinitely did feel well but as a resultthat made me feel bad for the fewmoments one hour two hour after it getup go and find that next thing that youneed to do that makes this even betterand and that finishes people like peoplelike no one has any idea how manyappointments I made you got to bewilling to pay the price implies thatsuccess is yeah very beautiful yeah theeasy you are if you're earning thousandsyou will not hesitate spending tens okayright but if you're earning thousandsyou spend hundreds suddenly you feel ohthis is uncomfortable ready right but ifyou're earning tens of thousands youwill not bother about spending hundredsbecause it doesn't feel that bad yeahyou know if you are earning that millionthen spending the thousandwouldn't feel so bad so if youunderstand that this is how the worldworks then your goal should be whereveryou're at make sure you hit that nextzero then you realize that in my opinionlike when I was an employee making fewthousand dollars a monthspending a few hundred dollars is verypainful but the moment when you start tobreak through the next level you startto get ten thousand twenty thousanddollars in camel mine thirty thousand inyou realize that you spend 1000 20002000 if you came for long and one thingis that making money right isn't is hemaking money he I would say why I haveexperience of is that there's always aprice to pay for success right thesacrifices that you have to make rightit could be number one time we write tolike crazy grind right number three itcould be quality time with your familyright number four it could be yourmorality right like there are people wholose the morality in order to besuccessful who who do illegal stuff inorder to be successfuleverything is a price tag right thequestions are you willing to pay theprice and how do you want to pay theprice you wanna pay true time truehassle but you wanna be true news trueimmense pain is there's a price to payfor success and for me for example I'veleft so much money on the table rightI've left I have an FIR gone a lot ofopportunities because I was willing togive up my values or because like a babytoday I also serve an appointment my dadasked me out for dinner and cause Ihaven't eaten dinner envelope I saidokay so that is that is a price to payfor success the questions how howwilling are you to sacrifice how farwill you go to sacrifice are you willingwith 18 hours a day 20 hours a day fourhours of sleep you know maybe maybe wedon't scare them too much it's not thatdifficult to be really honored it's justthat that choice that's always a choiceyou do you wanna do this or do you wannado that it's not difficult I always sayalways stick to righteousness yes alwaysthecan always do things based on integrityand never harming anyone and the reasonwhy I like to do things that arerighteous and order is because numberone branding is super important do ismore sustainable yeah and I'm sure youfeel better by yourself yeah at nightyou feel that okay you didn't how manybuddy yeah I believe karma existsthere's always cause and effect or notso one last thing use it or kind of saythe last thing I do want to wisheverybody viewing here all the best inyour success and whoever whatever stateyou are in your life now whether you arefeeling burdened or Taft or depressed Ijust want to encourage you hang in therebecause as long as you seek to givevalue and you seek to give value to manypeople the more value that you give yourealize that money comes that with theright hand of giving value I mean I justmetaphorically speakingbut many comes with you learn more fromyou or you can google me look for Andrewthank you Oh ten okay ten or my websiteis a freedom maker calm freedom makeryeah and then if you are interested comeand listen to my e-commerce talks my webmy website is workshop SG comm slash q10is workshop workshop SG comm slash q10much yeah hey and it's been a pleasurechatting thank you thank you as one[Music][Applause][Music][Applause][Music][Music]
