they function well no rattles onthere because what's more annoying thana tour that is rattling when you'reheaded down the road in the trailthey're gonna come with these greathinges here featuring the wellthey've got a couple rubber bumpers inhere that are helping keep those rattlesat bay they also got a great littlearmrest right on the top here from whenyou're cruising down the road and theyshut just as easily as they open now Ialso notice that they have their brandnew fenders on this jail here fronts andrears the Front's are a total bolt onsolution no drilling required the rearswill require a couple nut certs to beinstalled I'm told but they also followthe lines really well incorporate somegreat LED lights up front they've alsogot some inner fender liners in thereoverall the guys at JCR did a great jobof these two products and we're gonna gohit the show floor and find everythingelse for you guys right here[Music][Music][Music]so we're checking out warns new line ofrigging accessories including theirSidewinder and hyperlink starting withthis Sidewinder I think this thing isawesome it is meant to totally replaceyour winch hook and shackle combiningthem into one unit and that means youhave less things you need to carry withyou on the trail it also means yourrecovery situations are going to becomemuch safer now this thing totallyreplaces that winch hook on here uses ashackle pin that allows you to directlyconnect this to your recovery point onanother bumper or of course you can feeda strap through here if you're wrappingit around a tree they also have theseadditional Isolators available not onlygoing to help keep dirt and debris outof there but also it's going to keep itquiet when you're running down the trailthe hyperlink is a shackle replacementhere with two pins again it'seliminating some of that recovery gearthat you need to carry here into onenice compact unit they're both availablein this great black polish or gunmetalgray finish we're here in the ruggedRidge booth and they have a ton of newstuff on this two-door jail here thatcaught my eyethey've got bumpers they've got theirheavy-duty tire carrier totallyredesigned on the back of this thingtaillight guards but a few things reallystood out to me and right here you'llnotice on the CAO they've got their coldair snorkel intake system now this thingis a 100% bolt on modification that'sright you're not cutting you're notdrilling you don't have to do anypaintwork you don't have to replace yourhood it ties right into the factory airbox under the hood and that means youcan decide what kind of filter you wantto run in that air box believe the stockfilter in there or maybe upgrade to ahigh-performance high flow filter nowone of the other really cool thingsabout this here you'll notice check outhow low profile that is guys you canstill fold down the windshield I know Ilove that feature and they've evendesigned this to be a modular system soyou can take this low profile intake offreplace that and you can actually runthe full classic looking to snorkel onthe side now if we move downwe've got tube doors on here they're twodoors for the JK have been great foryears they've made them even betterthey've upgraded to this really heavyduty looking tube here I think looksgreat with the lines of the jail butcheck out this part here this all newdoor handle hereone finger to open it guys one finger toclose it a great feeling you can tellthey definitely spent some time in heredesigning a really great mechanism nowthe last thing I want to point out toyou guys here up frontthey've got Rubicon fender flares onhere but if you'll notice guys thesethings have been bobbed they've beentrimmed you've got a lot of extra wheelwell clearance in here this is aprototype part if you guys want to seethis come to market you have to let usknow leave some comments below we willpass them along some rugged ridge hereso you're not losing any of your daytimerunning light any of your marker lightfunctions here you get a great-lookingLED light in here really simple installwith those factory Rubicon flares allright here from rugged Ridge[Music]here in the rock slide engineering boothof course you know these guys from theirpower Rock sliders step combo here notonly functions as a step but also a rockslider that you can beat on they've beenavailable for the for dirt well nowthey're available for the 2-doorwrangler jail but that's not all they'vegot this thing called my eye right herethey're brand-new replacement fenderflares this is an all aluminum fenderflare so you're not going to worry aboutrock chips causing any type of corrosionon these things and you're going to gainan additional inch and a half ofclearance over the factory Rubicon HighLine fender and you'll gain animpressive three and a half inches ofadditional clearance over the factorysport style fender flare and they'vedone all that while eliminating thatvalley that was created by that Rubiconstyle fender the tkachuk rocks in thebrain here scratching up your fenderthere using a nice rubber gasket in hereto protect the body and they installusing all the factory mounting locationsno drilling required you are going tohave to trim your plastic inner fenderliner just a bit to work with these oryou can choose an aftermarket innerfender if you like they also include allthe replacement LED marker lights on thefront here to keep those great looks ofthe JL lighting up front and they plugright into the factory connector withoutany cutting or splicing required to workwhether your Jeep came with the standardincandescent lights or the led packagegreat replacement fenders here from rockslide engineering so we're here in therip superchargers booth with what looksto be almost a tame JL build behind me Ipromise you it as far from that there isa ton of je8 parts underneath of thisthing we've got axles front and rearwe've got those j8 bumpers with thehelicopter hooks even and there's evenleaf springs that's right I said thatleaf springs underneath the back of thisjail you want to get more informationabout this really cool build you can gocheck out our top jeep builds I've seenthe video by clicking on that infobutton but right now what I want to talkto you about of course this would not bein the rip superchargers booth if it didnot have something really coolunderneath the hood the world's firstrip supercharger Forge al tuckedunderneath it here I've heard someunconfirmed numberso this thing maybe pushing 400something to the wheels that soundspretty impressive to me and I hear itdoes amazingly well with that 8-speedtransmission of course sitting here inthe booth doesn't do it justicehopefully we're going to see this thingout on the trail sometime soon but fornow let's go check out more of the show[Music]so we've seen a bunch of new axleupgrades and options available for theall-new Jeep Wrangler Jo g2 has our lineof core 44 axles there are some otheroptions available from Dana Spicer aswell speaking Dana Spicer well righthere we have the brand new Jeepperformance parts ultimate dana 44 ofcourse built by Spicer as well but builtfor Mopar and the Jeep performance partsline meaning it's coming right from yourdealership of course available from usat Quattro tech as well giving you thegreat G performance parts name on hereyou can see they've made a ton ofupgrades to this over the standard 44now we have a version of that rightbelow here this is a Rubicon crate frontaxle this is what you would find in aRubicon straight off the dealershipfloor up top here is that new ultimate44 you can see they're using thickeraxle tubes they've upgraded all of thebracketry on this thing two quarter inchso it's gonna be really heavy-duty foryou using chromoly axle shafts as wellas larger 1410 u-joints they've alsodeleted that axle disconnect here makeit a little bit stronger for you whenyou're off-road of course you can alsosee you get this great heavy-dutynodular iron cover on your differentialhere and that differential cover hasalso been rotated to give you about ahalf inch more clearance when you'reoff-road as well and it's availableright here from G Performance Parts[Music]we're here at ARB we are checking outtheir whole lot of new products for theWrangler jail of course they've got anew front bumperthey've got Rock sliders but what I'mreally excited to show you guys here isthe jack now this thing takes theclassic off-road farm style mechanicaljack to a whole new level made of thesame aircraft grade aluminum as their Bp-51 shocks this thing is superlightweight that means it's easy tocarry it also features an extra widemounting jacking point on the bottomhere it's going to keep it really stableno matter what kind of terrain you findyourself on and it features a full 48inches of lift with this adjustable foothere but where this thing really shineshere is just how simple easy and safe itis to use and because it's hydraulicbased not mechanical you get an infinitelevel of adjustment now check this outyou and Jack your Wrangler up here onefinger and you can lift your Jeep up noproblem it's just that easy and like Isaid because this is hydraulic base wellI can go a little or I can go a lotthere's no mechanical stopping pointwhen it's ready to go back down againone finger right back down it's justthat easy and safe this is the jack fromARB so we are here in the smittybiltwith my good buddy Glen how you done howyou doing I'm doing awesome it's SEMAhow can you not have a good time youknow what we love this show because thisis where we get to showcase and show alot of people you got a man and speakingof new products we got something specialright here the new gen 3 winch tell me alittle about this thing manwell obviously everyone knows about thesmittybilt wench right 95 winch it isit's a mainstay in our industry surewhat we need to do is now now it's timeto elevate it but still keeping thefantastic price points yeah some of theelevation we did let's get straight tothe pointyeah I'm sweet to the point is when youlook at a jeep phone down the road yousee a beautiful bumper you also see abeautiful Winchester it's one of thefirst things you see yep so not only dowe build a lot of functions on this wegot to make sure we build in some styleoh yeahsure first in the industry to providearmor for winch so this is elevated uplet you know what it looks like rightwent when you were to remove it yep andwhen you install that it'll go rightdown here over the motor yepso what this allows a Jeep owner to doif you think about it and in the winchindustry yeah it's probably well thelast component that you can customizefor you everyone loves to customizetheir jeeps sure I don't think there'sever two jeeps identical other now onthe dealership yeah but what does itallows you to review is to take thearmor off sure and then you get toeither color match or contrast yourvehicle sure bolt it back on yeah itallows us also the downline to do somespecial additions with some specialcoloring also into that againenhancing the look and appeal of it yepyeah one of the other things I noticedhere tell me about this winch remoteover here this is pretty pretty radicallooking oh yeah radical is what we'reshooting yeah and one of the things wewanted to make sure that a lot ofconsumers see is we got this from thepower tool industry if you think aboutitwhat's what's more intuitive and then apower tools you have here in ya outpower yeah instead of having and togglesyou go back and forth that you may behitting the wrong way right this is getstremely intuitive yeah we have a buttonhere for a light that will come on usalso magnetic so as you can see on anysurface you can just mount it so we'rehere with bolt checking out some oftheir brand new accessories for the JeepWrangler jail these guys have beenmaking some great locking accessoriesfor the Wrangler for a number of yearsnow some great things like hitch-pinaccessories spare tire locks as well ascable locks and the best part about themis that they automatically key to yourfactory GP the first time you insert itwell they've got two brand new productsthis year they've got a joint venturebetween them and monster hook with thesegreat locking recovery hooks for yourrecovery points on your bumper they alsohave a great new hood lock it goes righthere in the front grill of the WranglerJo again the first time you put that keyin there it's going to key to yourfactory key they even include the greathexagon mesh surround for the centersection of your grill here so it givesyou that cutout for the lock and matchesthe factory pieces perfectly all thatnew fromso we're here in the Teraflex boothearlier we swung by those guys with JC Rwe checked out their jail that featuredthe teres 60 axles under the front andrear well Teraflex did not stop therethey have created a whole line of brandnew products for the all-new JeepWrangler jail of course they arefeaturing their bright green Slimerbuild in here belonging to Dennis thatmojito green two-door jail with some ofthese great new products on it I randown the line real quick they've gotsome fantastic new Alpine control armsyou're calling them as their Alpine IRwhich stands for infinite rotation thosethings are super flexy they're going todo a great job out on the trail theyalso have a brand new geometrycorrection drop bracket for thosecontrol arms that does really welloffroad they've got some brand new bigbrakes featuring 14-inch rotors and fourPistons talked about stopping powerthose things are gonna be awesome andI've been told they fit inside a stock17 inch wheel they've also got thatgreat new Alfa heavy-duty tire mountthat thing has a ton of adjustability init for carrying oversized tires alsofeatures an extended mount for yourfactory backup camera so that you canstill see past those large tires andit's got a really cool quick-release onthat third brake light and one of thethings that really caught my eye howeverin the booth here is their brand newNomad wheel this is a 17 inch wheel withsome features that I've never seen builtright into a wheel you're gonna noticeright off the bat we've got two redknobs on this wheel well one of them issimply a cap that's protecting astandard valve stem however the otherone is a quick deflator built right intothe wheel you can preset that orwhatever pressure you decide down to 10psi and by simply turning that knob it'sgoing to air your tires down by the timeyou make it around the vehicle you'regonna be aired down and ready to hit thetrails this is a 17 inch wheel it'savailable in a couple different finishesand it also has this really great rockrash ring that's a heavy duty plastic onhere it's dyed all the way through soeven if you scuff this thing up on therocks it's still going to look great ifyou go as far is totally destroying thiswell all the pieces of this wheel areavailable individually as well so youcan replace those rings as you need itoverall totally blown away by everythingbrand new here from Tara flex we'regoing to keep making our way around theshow bringing you all these great newproducts[Music]here in the Daystar booth we arechecking out a couple new productsthey've got for the Jeep Wrangler JK butthey're not good just for the JK theyare a universal part available as wellbut what we've got here is the completeradio package for your JK consisting ofa 25 watt gmrs radio as well as anadditional 5 watt handheld 2-way gmrsradio of course if you're not familiarwith GES similar to CB but it's atwo-way radio system and it actuallytransmit a lot cleaner clearer signaleasier to hear and talk and with havingthe handheld radio and the base radiofor your Jeep it's a great way tocommunicate with your spotter whenthey're outside of your Jeep or maybeeven a Jeep that's following behind youon the trail so the thing that I reallylike about this setup here is thatDaystar is not only providing you withthe radio but also with a mountingsolution designed to put the radio upabove your every mirror between yourvisor that also even incorporates fouradditional rocker switches here so thatyou can wire up some additionalaccessories in your Jeep you're gonnaget everything you need to get thatmounted up you're also going to get theantenna and the bracket for the side ofthe Jeep but they didn't stop there theyhave this all available on a cart aswell so if you've got an older Jeep ormaybe even a newer Jeep like a WranglerJL well you can purchase just the baseradio by itself and just the handheldradio by its up and come up with yourown mounting solution awesome new radiosright here from Daystar we're here inthe JW speaker booth with something veryexciting guys there's been a lot of newstuff around the show today a lot ofstuff has really impressed me I tell youwhat man this is over-the-topthis is the brand new 8700 Evolution j-3headlight from JW speaker not just forthe jail not just for the JK this thingis going to be able to go into any seveninch round housing speaking of that newJL well I got a little glimpse JWspeaker is working on an adapter ring toget this into the jail very soon butlet's start with the features that wegot in the light right here we have twoversions of it there are going to be twoversions available one standard and onewith a heated lens now one of the firstthings you're going to notice when youlook at these lights they feature anasymmetric design so theyleft and right lens here they're notusing one headlight and just putting iton both sides of the vehicle and whatthat allows them to do is customize andtailor the light output of this so thatyou get the best light out on the roadand the trail now this looks likenothing we've ever seen before there areover the 35 LEDs packed into this thingwith a number of different functionsyou got your high beam your low beam youhave a daytime running light you'll alsohave an integrated turn signal and allof those are 100% street-legal nowbeyond that they've also built in atrail function so we can start here withsome output numbers they've increasedthe output of the high beam over theprevious generation headlight by 50% nowthe output on the low beam they bumpthat up by 75% those are impressivenumbers they've also built in Bluetoothtechnology into these things and thatallows you to take these headlights to awhole new level by activating thatBluetooth app you can put these lightsinto an off-road mode where you can bumpup the light output to 100% across theboard to give you the most light outputon the trail and that will activate yourtrail optics here giving you great lightoutput right in the front of your Jeepthe only way to do that is right throughthe Bluetooth app now what you can alsodo with that app is move some of thepower around in the headlight so you canbump up the power to your high beamthrowing that light farther down thetrail in front of you if you're crawlingat a lower speed you can bump that powerdown to the low beam giving you greatwide output in front of your vehiclethere's also like I mentioned a daytimerunning light function in here and partof that is a great start up sequence andthat allows you to just kind of createsome fun startup sequences here getpeople to notice your Jeep of coursethey've also built in that great turnsignal and by doing that they've openedup a whole world of possibilities notonly to other manufacturers creating newfender flares for the JL but also withthe JK Wrangler you can now remove thosestock turn signals in the grille andreplace those with their all-new trailsix light there are three versions ofthat light available they have theirstandard trail six light and that isgoing to give you the most light outputavailable you can step up to theversion of that light which incorporatesagain that great Bluetooth technologyallows you to customize the output ofthat light and even allows you to switchfrom a white to an amber light both ofthose versus the lights come with threedifferent interchangeable lensesallowing you even further customizationand like I mentioned they will boltright into the factory grille on your JKWrangler or of course you can use theuniversal style bracket to mount them upon the a-pillar the bumper reallywherever you choose they even haveanother version of that light moredesigned for the off-road industry highspeed power sports to be mounted on theback of a vehicle it would be a greataddition to the back end of yourWrangler if you're doing some high-speedoff-road stuff features an integratedonboard deceleration sensor that's gonnaflash a brake light for you doesn'trequire being tied in to your Wranglersbraking system at all overall guys anabsolutely fantastic product from JWspeaker here I can't wait to see whateveryone out there in industry does withthese things the possibility it opens upwith other products for the new Wranglerjl i've at an absolutely blown away hereguys we've seen a ton of stuff out atthe show this week i know we haven'teven scratched the surface I would needa full month here at the show I hope webrought you Shopify vs. Woocommerce – Best Ecommerce Platform in 2020?

before we get started I have the hookupwith both of these companies and I havea better deal for you then you can findanywhere else so stay till the end whereI'll share that deal with you and I'mgonna be going over in depth the prosand the cons for both of these platformsas well as answering the top five mostcommon questions I get about both ofthese platforms now if you want to skipahead to the summary to the results youcan do that but I recommend watchingthis entire video so you can make aninformed decision let's get started withthe pros of Shopify and Shopify is agreat platform and in my opinion theyhave better templates now this isarguable WooCommerce has some reallygood templates as well but I think theShopify templates are just a little bitmore professional Shopify is also alittle bit easier to use Shopify hasbeen built from the ground up fore-commerce to make it as simple aspossible for people to put theirproducts and sell them online part ofwhat makes Shopify easier to use is theyhave 24/7 customer support which is areally big deal with WooCommerce you'rea little bit more on your own becauseWooCommerce is a free plug-in toWordPress there's not a ton of supportthereShopify also has better add-ons andbetter apps than WooCommerce WooCommercedoes have a lot of apps it does have alot of add-ons but I would definitelysay that Shopify has better moreprofessional add-ons and apps it alsoseems like Shopify just integrates withmore things like it seems any kind ofemail provider you want to integratewith Shopify can do that pretty muchanything out thereShopify seems like it integrates withthat I think this is because Shopify isnot free and because you have to pay forit their team is a little bit moremotivated to go out there and make theconnections and make the integrationsthe last Pro for Shopify is less can gowrong I have mu commerce websites and Ihave Shopify websites and it doesn'tever seem like anything major goes wrongwith my Shopify site part of that isbecause you can't change the checkoutpage too much with WooCommerce you cantinker with it a little bit more butthere's a bigger chance that somethingwill break now what Commerce has somebig pros as well the biggest beingWooCommerce is free kind of WooCommerceis a free plugin for WordPress so tohave a WooCommerce site you need to havea wordpress site and tohave a wordpress site you're going toneed to pay a little bit for hosting soWooCommerce is still cheaper and it usedto be that you could get really cheaphosting from companies like I page butnow with WooCommerce you need an SSLcertificate and so I recommendpersonally going with site ground butstill paying for that hosting on siteground is a lot cheaper than it is to bepaying for a Shopify site and this isprobably the biggest Pro withWooCommerce is that it's a lot cheaperto have an e-commerce website withWooCommerce than it is with Shopify nowI have links down below to SiteGroundnow you don't need to go with Sai crownfor hosting your WordPress websitethere's a lot of companies out thereBluehost Hostgator a bunch of differentones I have links down below to all ofthem but I highly recommend I've done acomparison video where I compare all thedifferent hosts and I personallyrecommend Sai crown but it's up to youpick whatever host works best for youanother Pro with WooCommerce is that youcan change just about everything on yourwebsite with Shopify there's certainthings like the checkout pagethat they don't let you change too muchand this is because they don't want youto break it but with WooCommerce theydon't care root Commerce is open sourcewhich means that there's a lot ofdifferent developers out there workingon it trying to improve it and it alsomeans that if you want to change it youcan change it also WooCommerce willnever shut you down the benefit ofhaving your own WooCommerce website isyou don't have to go through a thirdparty now I think it's super rare for aShopify site to get shut down but itdoes happen especially it seems like indeveloping countries or people sellingkind of shady products and the last Profor WooCommerce is it's built onWordPress and WordPress is great forblogging so if you're gonna be doing alot of blogging with your ecommercestore if content marketing is a big partof your company then WordPress is gonnamake it really easy for you now let's goto the cons of Shopify and one of thefirst big cons of Shopify is it's moreexpensive now funny enough it's actuallycheaper to start because if you're gonnabe starting with the WooCommerce site alot of the hosting companies make youpay for a full year all at once so it'sa little bit cheaper to start withShopify but in the long run WooCommerceis gonna be a lot less expensive now Iam always trying to negotiate for abetter deal for you guys on Shopify socheck the link below I'll update that asIget better pricing for you another confor Shopify as I mentioned is they canshut down your site if you wanted to soif you're in a high-risk country oryou're selling high-risk products do notgo with Shopify they can potentiallyshut you down I've also found that thethird-party apps are more expensive onShopify than they are on WooCommerce forinstance a third-party app you mightwant is an app that recharges yourcustomers every month you have to pay athird-party company for theirintegration for their app on Shopify sothat you can do this and like I said alot of the apps seem to be moreexpensive with Shopify than they do withWooCommerce but that being said theyseem to work better on Shopify than theydo with Roo commerce but I'll talk aboutthat in just a secondthe last con is the fees now Shopifydoes charge a fee if you want to use athird-party payment gateway but youdon't need to do that Shopify has itsown built in payments basically the wayit works is every time you get a saleShopify takes 2.9 percent fee and thatfee goes to pay the credit cards it goesto pay everything now a lot of peoplethink that with WooCommerce there's nofee like that and that's not truewith WooCommerce you still have to pay afee but you're paying it too straightinstead of WooCommerce or with Shopifyyou're paying it directly to Shopifytechnically now depending on which planyou have that percentage will go downbut no matter what store you open you'regoing to have to pay a percentage feeevery time someone makes a credit cardtransaction on your website that's justthe way it works now let's talk aboutthe cons with WooCommerce and one of thefirst big cons with through commerce isyou're going to have technical problemspretty much everyone I've ever knownthat use WooCommerce at some point theircheckout doesn't work for a few days andthis recently happened to me I updatedsome plugins and for some reason that'sunknown to me my checkout stoppedworking and for I think three or fourdays I didn't realize it wasn't workingbut I wasn't getting any sales andthat's scary so keep that in mind atsome point with WooCommerce you may havetechnical problems it also seems likewith WooCommerce there's just lessintegrations there seems like there's alot of functions that I can get withShopify that I just can't find a lot ofapps add-ons things like that I justcan't get with WooCommerce or they don'twork as well as I would like and it alsoseems like even the loopon the surface is cheaper you have tobuy a lot of the functions that arebuilt into Shopify built into thatmonthly fee you have to buy them kind ofpiecemeal and you're hoping thateverything works well together but itdoesn't always do so and the last conwith WooCommerce is you're gonna have toset up payments through either stripe orPayPal either way there's gonna be a twopoint nine percent fee on everytransaction again a lot of people thinkthat there's no transaction fee withWooCommerce and that there is atransaction fee with Shopify and that'snot true no matter what any time you'reaccepting a credit card or any kind ofpayment online someone wants a piece ofthat action PayPal wants a transactionfee stripe wants a transaction feeShopify wants a transaction fee so in myopinion that's a con for both platformsand it's just part of doing businessonline now I have and currently use bothof these platforms and to be honest itreally just depends on the circumstanceson why you're starting an e-commercewebsite exactly what you want to do formy main company my main passion productbusiness I use Shopify because I want tomake sure nothing goes wrong I'm doing adecent amount of volume on sales and Ijust want to make sure that everything'sas smooth as possible and I'm willing topay more to make sure that everythinggoes well now recently I helped mygirlfriend saw her own passion productcompany and she mostly sells on Amazonand we don't expect to get a lot ofsales on her website so it didn't makesense to pay $29 a month on Shopifyinstead we decided for her to just havea WooCommerce website it's a lot cheaperultimately the decision is kind of likeAndroid verse iPhone it's not that oneis better or ones worse it just dependson the person in the in thecircumstances if you're willing to paymore for a website and e-commerce sitethat just works that has less issues andhonestly is it a little bit moreprofessional then Shopify makes a lot ofsense on the other hand if you're on atight budget if you're someone that'srelatively technical and you don't mindgoing in tinkering around on yourwebsite to fix things or if you'relooking to start multiple small websitesthen WooCommerce makes a lot of sense asI said I have the hook up with thoseShopify and SiteGroundand you can use the links up here ordown below to get that special offer nowI'm always trying to get a better dealfor you so use those links to check onlike what the latest deal is like thebednegotiated pricing I can get on top ofthat when you use these links to sign upI'll give you a free 30-minuteconsultation session just for using mylinks you can also check the prices forthe other hosting companies forWooCommerce and I have them listed belowin the description now this is not apaid video I don't care which platformwhich hosting company you go withwhatever platform you've decided on takethat first step today sign up getstarted on your dream starting ane-commerce website was the best thingI've ever done and I guarantee you'regonna be happy that you took that steptoday so sign up and remember to enjoythe journey

e-commerce so I can quitmy job and I was at a conference for orand look event that that night so Ijumped on our call and clickfunnels waslike presenting the software right likeat the at the mastermind I was like ohmy god like this is totally a traitornobody really saw it like there was nocool like it seems like a lot of workthough to like why don't we just likekeep sending traffic to Amazon becausethey just do all our sales for us rightlike that's how a lot of Amazon sellersthey just kind of set it and forget butthe need you don't have any customerswhich kind of sucks you know they'reamazon's customers but started reallyimmersing myself in sales funnelscontinuity program subscription boxbusinesses free plus shipping offersinto my fishing business make a longstory shortlots of you know trials and tribulationsand road bumps along the waywe ended up hitting a two comma Clubactually way over to comma Club but wegot the award from clickfunnels forgetting the two comma Club from thatbusinessand we actually ended up selling it justdue to some want to get into it too muchdo some bad partnerships that I had inthat business mistakes on my part takefull responsibility on that sold abusiness about eight months ago starteda channel called ecommerce Empirebuilders we started teaching otherpeople these same strategies becausepretty far and a lot of people aren'tdoing this stuff people started gettinggreat results so on so on and now I'mwatching a supplement business the sameexact way so I condensed 10 years into acouple minutes there yeah that's awesomeand I don't the reason we have Peter onis because I'm super funnels I just putfalls for a ton of things but I'mtotally clueless when it comes to likeEECOM and like physical products andclick funnels and based on that award onthe wall there peter is not totallyclearly so Peter can you talk a littlebit about about why sales flow so a lotof these guys are probably using Shopifyand they're trying to figure out it youknow can't I even do this in clickfunnels should I move to click funnelsI've got this huge orange Shopify that'sdoing ok convince them yeah so so here'sthe problem right and I'm gonna includemyself with this we D have the attentionspans of goldfish like as people rightyou have very very little amount of time3 second and it's about to getsomebody's attention from an ad get themto qualify themselves to you and getthem to potentially turn into a customerat that very moment now when you go lookat regular physical products Facebookads I'm sure you see them all time whenyou click that most people are sendingthem to like a product page or a Shopifystore now the problem with that is theseShopify stores there is so many thingsgoing on they're shiny objectseverywhere there's links to differentproducts there's tons of picturesthere's tons of categories and there'snot a lot of congruence going on onthese Shopify stores that I see rightnow with the funnel right and the reasonthe funnels converts so well and justjust to give you some comparison likeShopify stores and these are not made-upnumbers you can go look these up shopfiber release that the average Shopifystore converts at one point three threepercent that means like to put that inperspective like that means around a oneperson out of a hundred will buy fromyou on a Shopify so which is like reallyhard to build a business that way nowwith a funnel yourreally like taking your customer rightthat person from Facebook ad that personfrom like wherever you're gettingtraffic from you're taking them by handand telling them specifically what areyou're selling them nothing else there'sno shiny objects anywhere you'refocusing completely on this one productand giving it as much perceived value aspossible now when these people they landon like something called a landing pageor squeeze page and the whole purpose ofthat is to collect an email address nowI know a lot of you learn about emailmarketing is dead it's pointless of whydo I need to collect the email address Ijust want to go right for the cash rightand that's great and on that's what mostShopify sellers do but like you'remissing out on so much extra money rightwhen you collect that email addressyou're going to be able to follow upwith them with abandoned cart emailsequences you're gonna be able to followup with them with future promotions andmost importantly you're gonna be able tobuild a relationship with these peoplebecause a lot of them they're gonna comein for a Facebook ad they don't know youthey they don't like you and they don'ttrust you at all so you need to a lot ofthese people like it's great to havethese impulse buyers right they'reawesome like you don't buy everything tobuy everything you have but most peoplearen't like that and I'll have to askthis questiondude like have you ever like boughtbesides like an information programmaybe but like have you ever bought likea physical product from a facebook Adamyou're talking to the wrong sucker I buylike everything they'll run heads sotarget me I do I know that most peoplearen't like me but most people dog aSpencer you're like literallyterrible but most people like me I havenever bought in something from aFacebook ad but I have on something fromfrom emails I bought something from likesomebody's Instagram page I've donethose kind of things right now that'swhat you have you have to start to thinkyou think about your business a lot ofShopify sellers they're very like theywant instant gratification and that'snot how business works right business isa long-term play I want everybody tobuild a long-term business not somethingwhere they make you know a grand a monthfor you know a couple months and thentheir store basically goes away nowthese funnels compared to a shop I sawthey're very very simple right like it'sliterally like you could put like a fiveyear old in front of and they understandwhat's going on right they land on thelanding page immediately we have toqualify that person as an emailsubscriber orGerma up in whatever we need to make getthem to do some sort of micro commitmentto qualify themselves so we capture thatemail address and on the second page isabout like what does that typically looklike in a physical and you know in thedigital world it's really easy we canjust give them all kinds of free crapwhat does that look like in the physicalproduct world but a physical productworld like it could be like a free plusshipping offer hey enter your emailaddressto claim your free your free um you knowsurvival knife now right just payshipping right you're just doing thatyou don't necessarily need to be likefree ebook you don't have to try thathard right most people though they'llactually give you their email address ifyour offers good if that perceived valueis really good I'll show you guys anexample here shortly right if theperceived value of your product and youroffer that you put together it's reallyhighpeople will gladly give you their emailaddress or opt in to learn more rightthat's why you're trying to get oh justpiqued the curiosity enough for them togive you that email address now oncethat happens they give you the emailaddress the next step of the funnel isorder form right now there's a bunch ofcool things you can do in a border formI always recommend doing quantity breakdiscounts some people are gonna be likewell my product nobody would ever buymore than one it's not true I'm tellingyou like my magic numbers I always offeris one two four six eightright I'm tying a guy had just had likeone of our order of our students he waslike like to the last you feel about mebought eight like I don't even know whatthey're gonna do with these probablythey need eight of these listen guys youcan you don't know there's too manyvariables for you to account for tounderstand everybody's buying behavioror buying habits right so always offermore right these people have friends whoare your perfect customers as well theymight be giving them to other people andeven though conversions on the eighthover like six or eight might be lowerit's still worth like over a year periodif you look we like oh wow thataccounted for tens of thousands ofdollars in sales so it's always worthhaving quantity break discounts I evenhad one student selling something thatwas like hundred dollars right for oneunit and he offered quantity breaks likeand they still were buying more than oneright it's crazyit literally honestly I was like there'sno way like something's wrong abilityjust test it let listen a lot of peoplelove to be they love to think that theyknow best and never like anyoneanytime somebody asked me I'm like letthe date let us look at the date let'sdrive traffic let's see what happens andthen adjust from there but data is truthlike you can't you don't know the truthlike you have to let the data tell youwhat what that truth is and then iterateoff of that right so the feedback rightand now on that order form we also liketo do order bombs right it's apre-purchase upsell no-brainer rightit's like going to a grocery store youknow checkout is like a pack of Dom likewhatever I love to do like like verylike marketing things here so you coulddo like my favorite one that any ofanybody can do is like a limited editionversion of your product that's like avery reasonable people love limitededition version right and this is whereyour marketing savviness comes in so forexample when I was when I was sellingfishing lures right offering quantitybreak discounts then we offer like agold-colored version of that fishinglure in the order bubright same ins that cost to us sameexact everything we just mark it as alimited edition version there's only 100of these 72 have already been claimedright you do a little you have to youhave to kind of work it remember guysthese people are coming for a Facebookad so scarcity urgency you got it yougot to really use it then after that youhave your upsell sequences or which youcan have as many upsell sequences as youwant there's a lot of differentstrategies that go into it I alwaysrecommend either selling them more ofwhat they just bought at a cheaperdiscounted rateoffering them complimentary productsthat they that they could like like ifthere's some fishing lures maybe yousell them like a fishing rod or aninformation product information productsin your up so a lot of people think likelike for me like like it's people totheir go you know e-commerce toy butlike no it's like everything like putinformation in there right like you cango to Google type in fishing PL RS andyou're gonna get presented with likecourses ebooks like all these thingsthat you can go out buy once for like 50bucks a buy a course for 50 bucks getthe rights to that course plug it intoyour upsell for 50 bucks I mean you onlyhave to sell it one time and then all ofthat is pure profit like I love mixingall of these things together and thenyour upsell sequence I mean you can havewhatever you want and they're obviouslytest things out but the key thing that Ialways recommend having here is yoursubscription having some sort ofsubscription modelin your business this can be alsoinformation if you're in like thefitness space you're pretty spoiledbecause like the that market isvalidated like actually usually peoplealready know how you repay we get paidevery month me with fishingunfortunately we had to mix informationwith digit with physical so he saidfishing lures every month and then ourdigital thing was interviews withprofessionals in the fishing space wewould send them our fishing lures earlyand they would do reviews on how to useour products right they're like oh likethese are the best ways to fish thisthis fishing lure and so on and so onand we'd send that out in an email whenare the when our customers boxes wereshipped out to them right so good makesure they're good high perceived valuethis is a game of perceived value guyslike you don't have to be the bestproduct in town but you have to have thethe highest perceived value in town andthat's the basic structure of the funnelbefore we finally hate your your ThankYou page where it's also very very veryimportant to sell right just becauseyou're done selling doesn't mean yourcustomers are done buying from you okaylike really important to get asked thatso even if you only have one productfunnel like that's what you needhonestly to do a six-figure business ine-commerce right but even if you don'thave anything else to sell well I couldgo to clickbank right go find someaffiliate deals and put them on yourThank You page like let's say it's yourfitness or whatever and you see somefitness supplements go sign up for theiraffiliate program and then push thosepeople out there and let that personsell for you rightor even like I know this is like a kindof a not the best affiliate program butAmazon Associates right you can you'renot gonna get rich off of AmazonAssociates but you can push people outto Amazon and you make a commission offof everything that they sell you know orpush them out to your Facebook groupright creating more assets or justwherever you gotta push them just getthem out somewhere so it's eithercreating assets for your business orselling them something but you can seelike and I love talking I love talkingabout this stuff because you could seelike we look and I just did like a greatreview on a Shopify store and it's sofunny man like it took me eight clicksfrom from ad to to being able to buy ittook meeight clicks right Facebook ad wasone-click Shopify store I browse aroundhow to click a product right and productnow I'm on a product page I have toclick Add to Cart another click rightthen I have to click checkout okay boomnow I'm in my cart page then I have toclick my shipping information like andthere was eight pages before they andthey never even believe it or not andthis is like something that I took awaythat was super crown from even doingthat he's like I took eight clicks onthat that that business is website andthey had no way to contact me ever againbesides like retargeting they had notime to grab my email they never didanything they had no way to cut and Idid eight clicks I literally was on thatvideo for 30 minutes on their websiteflipping around and they never didanything with it and you could see likehow in two clicks right from ad rightthey click your Facebook ad immediatelyon the second click the second click isthen giving you their email address andclicking submit like as well you see howpowerful this is and on the third clickthey're giving you money right that'swhy so giving this some comparison likethe average funnel converts at ten tofifteen percent like that means like tenon the lowest range 10 out of 100 peoplewill buy from you right because it'ssimple like I'm a very simple person I'mnot that smart right like I love like mewith funnels like keep it simple youjust need one product or I go find abest selling product out therewrap it around a really really goodcompelling offer that so that perceivedvalue of that product is really reallyhigh and this is where like informationcomes into play really well like youdon't always have to be like oh let'sjust throw more let's just throw morestuff in the bag and and and and justlike about the perceived value that wayno like think about your customer what'sthat result that they want to achieve sofor fishing for example right thesepeople they want to catch more fish theywant to catch bigger fish but on adeeper level they really just want toshow off right like that's the onlyreason like you know or beat a personalrecord of theirs but like how can wehelp them get there how can we help themcatch more fish how can we catch abigger fish like when we get like thinkabout guys like they're gonna get thatfishing lure but they'reget a bunch of other problems that theythat they're gonna have like they'regonna have all these other questionsabout okay like when do I use thisfishing lure like what type of fishingrod do I use this fishing lure on whatkind of line do I use this fish how do Itie this fishing lure on my line likewhat type of weather what could there'sso many variables this is what I meanit's so important no idea and fishingbut you like so I love fishing that'swhy it's that's my business I love itlike it so I'm not done and this is itgoes back to whatever business you startin like I recommend you be like likecrazily passionate or into it rightbecause it's gonna make it more fun likeguys like I've sold everything like Isold like Montessori toys I saw a littlejudge gavels I sold like little phonepegboards and stuff so many things and Iwas always just that person that wasjust trying to make money online and youknow quit but like I'm I can tell youlike I wasn't ever able to quit my jobuntil this fishing business until Istarted a business that I actuallyenjoyed where I didn't even care if itif it succeeded or it failed because Iwish I just loved doing the thing rightyeah and when I did that all of theselike creating these offers and thingslike that they became fun they becameeasy I'm like okay well look what can Iput in there right because they believeit or not like everyone here every nichehas all these different problems in ityou just have to go in deeper enoughlike like for fishing you're perfectlyyou don't know this but like dependingif it's cloudy outside or sunny outsideor if the water is dirty or clear likeit changes the game completely like forwhat kind of fishing learn to use so tostart thinking about that in your marketlike what are the problems that aregonna introduce when you sell them yourthing because there there is thereabsolutely is the people that say thereisn't or that their problem doesn'tsolve any problems like you just don'tknow your niche enough right that's likeone of the biggest thing I see ine-commerce is that people are nichesthey don't even like want to be and Idon't know if you see this often too butlike you see people in this businesswhere it's just like even all theirmessaging all their marketing you justtelling it's just almost borderline likethat Auto is a scam E but like you couldjust tellthey're just copying up their peoplecopy paste and copy amazing like hopingsomething fix and trust me like guyslike I know the feeling because you'retrying to do you're just trying to makemoney and a lot of people you know forme and you to say like oh well just bewhat it's easy for us to say no becauselike we quote-unquote made it and Idon't think that I don't think you evermade it but like it's easy for us to saynow to reflect over the past you knowhowever many years but like really thinkabout that like whatever business you'rein like what the kind of whatever youput in right the effort you put in arethe results you're gonna get out and ifyou just go and like copy peopleword-for-word or like copy what'sworking for me and don't put your ownspin on it like you're it's you're aticking time bomb basically like you'renot going to be able to sustain thatright so long would an answer to a to asugar question right there but I thinkthat valuable hey let's talk abouttraffic because I know at least me I'mlike oh I want to go to the funnel now Ican't imagine anybody listening to whatyou just said I mean like no I'm gonnastick with Shopify so they want to builda funnel they gotta get the concept of afunnel how does traffic playing all thislike where are you doing so I am Ialways look at traffic like like trueways right there's like the paid trafficFacebook YouTube Instagram ads whereverbanner ads that kind of traffic and II'm looking at this as a perspective assomebody who's just starting out rightnow so if you're just starting out and Iknow a lot of people they might notnecessarily have like a thousand twothousand bucks to go and invest intraffic like Facebook and those paidtraffic platforms and that's okay that'scompletely fine I recommend you ifyou're on a budget to go with likeinfluencers influencer marketing is likethe most powerful and underused tacticfor example YouTube influencers are myfavorite nobody everybody's like oneInstagram we'll get into that in asecond but like YouTube influencers arethe best right I will pay somebody Ialways gonna give somebody 100 bucks fora video review of my product so whatI'll do is I'm okay I reach out to theinfluencer just talk to start talking tothem but okay I would love to send youout my product we just recently launchedthis it's a brand new fishing lure andall these other things in it oh we wantto send you a box full of our latestthings and all I asked and shethat is just like can you just do giveus a quick review an honest review ofour products and nine times out of tenthat influencer that YouTube influencerthat Instagram influencer will gladly dothat for you and so you might bethinking there's no way they'll never dothat for me guys I'm not talking aboutgoing after like a million personsubscribe I'm talking like something haslike ten 20,000 subscribers on YouTuberight which is a lot right but thosepeople like I don't know about you butlike I know it's me like I've notcontent isn't like the easiest thing toalways think of so if you position andas a way like hey you know this is likean easy content piece for you right likethey want that they want the help and ifyou show that you're different not justlike oh how much you charge for how muchyou charge for a video instead beinglike hey I would just love your honestfeedback about our products if you dolike our products and services likemaybe we can work together in the futurewe have you know a lot of cool thingscoming down line we'd love to have youand pay you on a monthly basis forpromotions and and such and such and wecan you know you shout you out to ouraudiences and grow your following andyou're either win-win right it's allabout creating win-win situations withyou and your influence or so the otherreally key thing that I love aboutYouTube YouTube influencers and againguys don't go after that people have ahundred thousand subscribers they'rethere they're smarter that's funny butlike they're not they don't know how tomonetize audiences like people that havelike those 10,000 person audiences theyreally don't know how to monetize sowhen you go in there and ask them for areview like they're gonna be like yeahsure like absolutely like they're gonnayou're gonna elevate their status cuzyou're a business and they're just aninfluencer right they're like whatever Ijust love recording myself fishing everysingle day of course I'll do it why notright now as they create review contentfor you this is super powerful becauseyou're gonna be able to use that in yourcontent right you're gonna be able touse that in your band and heart emailsmaybe in your in your advertisementslater I'm showing these kind of reviewvideos that all these influencers comeup for you and most importantly is whennew customers come to your funnel rightlet's say somebody comes to your funnelthey opt-inbut they don't buy most people you knowmost people do is they go to Google orthey go to youtube they type in yourbusiness name and type in a review youand you're not showing up somewhere inthere they're not going to buy from youthere's no chance but I guarantee ifthey do type that in and you come in andsee a bunch of influencers doing reviewsof your product and they can see how itlooks like you have a much more betterchance of converting those people rightnot to mention that a lot of theseinfluencers are gonna post like the linkin their profile or description of theirYouTube video you know pushing them toto your offer right and they can get youto set up affiliate committee look ifyou do click funnels like that's so easylike you could just set up like thebackpack so your your affiliates can getcommissions like on a recurring basislike if people sign up for yoursubscription box you like a you know forevery subscriber you get for oursubscription box you get paid fivedollars on reoccurring payments rightlike that look I know it's not a lotalike as volume goes right like thatbuilds up for these people it's justanother income source for them now samestrategy applies to if you're gonna doInstagram or Pinterest or whereverthere's other influencers around you goin there showing that you're differentshowing that you actually want like areal relationship with these people anddon't just come in be like hey how muchhow much for a shout-out or how much foryou know you know how much morepromotion let go in there and like actlike a person right like a lot of peoplelike this is like a lost art when I tellpeople this is like look I'm telling youlike having these business relationshipswith people is like so so powerful in somany ways because let's say you watchand you offer a new funnel like you justreach back out Sunday hey we'relaunching you saying boom you haveinstant traffic just like that now thereason I recommend people start withinfluencers is it does take more of yourtime it does take a little bit more timeto see results right your mom but you'rebuilding up your Facebook pixel here youknow if you guys understand whatFacebook pixel is like Facebook thriveson data right the more data you giveFacebook especially about your buyersthe better the Facebook algorithm isgonna work and understand who to serveads to because it once they Facebookwants to make you money like it does butit once also make itself money but itneeds to know who your buyers are so itknows who to serve ads to who else islike those buyers of yours so we buildup aof buyers through influencer marketingand then we transition to Facebook wehave all that data on our pixel alreadythen Facebook ads are a lot moreprofitable so that's kind of the therundown right there and for those peoplethat don't know yeah like so I launchedmy course a lot you guys are aware thislast September and did it 100% throughinfluencers pretty much just what hetalked about reaching out to peopleworking with people that already hadaudiences 100% and did almost sixfigures in a single day Cheerilee withrelationships and influencers without asingle Adsense so vouch for what he saidthere I think it's like that colicif influencers are so powerful somepeople obviously if you're watching yourfrom the clip on show you hear dream 100and it's all basically the same thing Imean yeah some people have like olddream 100 is an influencer marketing ine-commerce to me it's basically the sameexact thing I'm reaching out to peoplelike I wouldn't eat like dezik I'm soobsessed with my niches like even ifsomebody only has like a thousandsubscribers and I can be like you knowthis this kid like he's really hiscontent is really good his followingstarting to grow you can use sites likesocialblade.com to check their growth onYouTube and you can usually tell and youcan grab these people and bring them onI guess like sponsored athletes like wewould always do that like our sponsorteam bring them on pay him $100 a monthand be like hey you know in exchange wecan be $100 a month and you just youknow create like four promotional postsfor us on your Instagram every singlemonth and you know shout us out in youryoutube videos you know once a weekright like so powerful right they'relike guys and I'm telling you like thatcontent when those people create contentfor you especially on YouTube this iswhy again why I love YouTube like thatvideo that they make free could bemaking sales a year from now two yearsfrom now three years from now right withInstagram it's kind of like whatsomebody shot you on Instagram likeusually you're gonna make all your salesin the first six hours and then you'rekind of done like so so I love usingYouTube for that it's it's basicallylike Google search but in video formwhich is easier in my opinion I like ifI'm gonna compare blogs and YouTube likepeople are watching YouTube like I don'tfeel like people read that much anymoreagain some people do but I would there'sstrategy with that as well like buyingblog spots and stuff like that but Ifound most of my success with YouTubeYouTube is my number one channel andtell anyone asked just like you saidthree years from now you're still makingsales from something you don't evenremember do you know I'm making moneycoming in from paper all the time and Iliterally can't even like figure outwhere it's coming from and usually it'sYouTube's problem to have anyway I wantyou so could we dive in deeper like thatthe actual how I know like logisticallya lot of people watching this video likeokay well what's the logistics of thisfunnelyou know click funnels isn't exactly100% made for this and so how does itall look logistically so let me share myscreen real quick for sure y'all justeven so you see my screen absolutelycool so so here is a funnel so this isfrom I don't know a lot of people prideall know what this company is butthey're one of the one of the biggersurvival companies out there is whatsurvival life now this is one of theirfunnels right now and they use clickfunnels for all for everything basicallyfor most of their things sorry forfront-end stuff let's just say and youcan see here look how simple this pagesright so so simple right this is wherethis is the page I was talking aboutlike that when somebody lands on from aface bag this is the page I land onright immediately right here science isall like you know there is all festereddata but you can see hey they're sayingget this 14.95 ever strike right everstrike that's such a good you know it'sa go almost premium sounding in itselfever strike waterproof lighter freewhile supplies last right greatcuriosity based headline right therealright that brochure glider the world'smost durable long lasting completelywaterproof lighter get one free rightthe very high perceived value this is anamazing headline because it basicallyanswered every single objection that theperson's gonna have about this oh isthis a piece of crap no it's durable ohbut it doesn't last long does it nope itdoes right it gives you all that so alot of people when they come fromFacebook ad you're gonna try and buythem emotionally immediately rightthat's the always the goal right we loveemotional buyers they're the people thatyou know give us their email addressthey buy eight quantities they buy theorder bump they buy every single upselllike those are amazing amazingindividuals I love emotional impulsebuyers all right and you can build yourbusiness like that you can you can buildyour business like that but youyou need to appeal the to the logicright the logical people were there likelong lasting well what does that mean ordurable like what does that mean becausethere's gonna be people like God youknow I need to know all these detailsand that's where you can go into yourbullet points that's the point rightmost people they're not going to scrollhere most people they're just gonna lookhere the emotional people that's youshould be able to portray your entirething right there like that's it right Ijust realized I just bought this producton Aliexpress for like 35 cents a fewweeks ago there you go and guess whatthat's where they're getting their fromand it guess what that 35 cents and theysell it for 3 bucks or whatever righttalking that's the I don't know any 100%margin increase that is but Allah so youcan see right you could you should beable to explain the entire benefit offerright there because most people againthey're not going to scroll down unlessthey want more logic from you andcredibility credibility is something youcan manufacture okay go get influencersto review your products right showcasehey look who used by top influencerscredibility is like what you'reguaranteed you have money-backguarantees do you have warranties rightpeople need to feel comfortable becausethey're coming from a cold trafficsource like Facebook or even aninfluencer which I still consider coldtraffic not necessarily warm even thoughthey kind of trust that audience andthat's the whole point of like thebullet points right bullet points a nicelittle image here just showing theproduct and use lifestyle images likethis work really well and they're verygood at showing the perceived valueright a lot of people they'll just goand they'll just put their picture on awhite background and put it out theredon't do that there's a reason there's areason guys if you go on amazon.com thatAmazon requires you to use a whitebackground right and it's because itevens the playing field because evenAmazon knows if you start adding lifesob is images you can um you canpersuade people to buy a product justbased on a good lifestyle image right somake sure you're always using some sortof lifestyle based imagery and yourproducts to up the perceived value rightlike look great like then you can seethat it looks premium right doesn't itoh you look so good quite like it itmakes me want this and I'm not even inthis niche I'm like I just want thatthing just likeyou know and here's another powerfulpowerful technique a lot of this coolit's there's so many cool things to dowith this stuff but do you see how likethey position three here right and liketo here right we only offering you oneright there only saying one but just youseem to you seem three right you seemultiple quantities of this right isinstinctively free it's basically preframing you when you fill in yourbilling in ship this is we're stillalready collect the email name shippinginformation it click next step this isbasically where they are pre framing youon the second step where you're going toselect how many quantity units you haveyou can see here they're doing one twoor five right one two or five right nowyou can do these cool little hacks withsee if Pro Tools like doing this theydon't have an order bump here anythinglike that but you can see here like asfar as their offer that's one thing likewhen I did did do this funnel is thatthey don't really portray it well uphere like one additional thing I do hereis like get one free plus you know $75worth of exclusive members-only bonusesright because they're even telling youhere order 10 get $75 and three giftsbut like again most people aren't gonnascroll down here right they're not gonnascroll down there so I would just say ifyou're doing if you're putting togethera good offer this kind of product and Idon't want to say this but these kind ofproducts if you can make your productlook good like this you don't even needan offer right cuz it's it's already afree plus shipping free push shippingclass yeah and it's great it's so lowresistance but again I always like togive absolutely no reason like the thisis the ultimate question ask everysingle like you know Shopify store Ireview every single person I'm workingwith for doing funnels is like whyshould they buy from you instead ofgoing to Walmart or Amazon or buyingfrom when your competitors right it'slike the ultimate question if you can'tanswer that question and be like ohthere's no way they would buy fromanywhere else they would they alwayswould have to buy from me then you havea good offerbecause here you can go to Amazon youcould buy this too but again they putthis offer together now that's it righttwo clicks right and it's all this iscalled a two-step order form I know mostof you probably know that but you canbreak this up into just an opt-in pageand order page or you can do bothtwo-step order formthey both really really do work well Idon't I don't want to tarp on this toomuch but if you're doing Facebook ads Ido recommend doing two-step order formyour opt-in rate will be lower okay youropt-in rate will be lower because you'reasking for shipping information on thefirst page but your conversion rate willactually be closer to that 20 25 30percent here because they've given youtheir personal information like shippingas opposed to just an email address onan opt-in page so just be aware that ifyou're a newbie or even like a veteranShopify seller I recommend you justgoing with the 2-step order form you'llcollect more qualified leads that youcan sell to you can usually expectaround 40% conversion really recommendshooting for on these when opposed to anopt-in page you'll probably be gettingcloser to 50 60% but again you don'tnecessarily always want to fill youremail list with just random people thatare never gonna buy from you know butthat's the basic page here opt-in nowafter that they can go to a bunch of OTOHS now here they're doing thiscompany's crazy look I'm just gonna saylike they're too crazy they're doingcrazy things in here and I'm really saidshow you guys real quick this is theircontinuity piece they're basically likelook at the perceived value of thisthing wait orders not complete today youalso get the $119 Hoffmann Richtertactical pen free guys this pen you cango get this for a dollar probably lesslike and they're basically giving itaway for freein exchange for and you guys might notcatch this say it catch this right nowbecause they I don't I don't think thisis as ethical we don't need to get intoall that is basically they're signingyou up to a continuity program you canread that right there we're gonna billyou you know $17 a month I alwaysrecommend guys like your customers theytrust you okay so don't like takeadvantage of them remember like nobodiesthey know this that they do so muchvolume to probably like some really highrisk merchant accounts that allow themto do this kind of stuff but if you dostuff like this on stripe and PayPalwhich is what I recommend people use theyou're gonna get a lot of charge backsyou're gonna get a lot of refundrequests so always be clear but heywe're getting to do this hundred liketheir conversion rate would still begood here just be like hey I'm givingyou as $119 taxable pen hopefully forfree in exchange we're gonna give you a30 day trialto our survival club where every singlemonth we send you the latest andgreatest survival gadgets right I'mtelling you your people will still joinit you don't have to like hide it butyou could see that I mean great freethis is a great freaking page I mean areally high perceived value on thisproduct and here's one that I want toshare it there's two more I really goodtwo more upsells because they do areally good job of mixing bothinformation and physical so here's tomore of their upsells so here they'resaying when Tia when the hits thefan it took me a while to get that waslike what does that mean okay that's awell-used acronym is yeah I guess in thewell they might cuz think about it likemaybe their market does use that all thetime so who knows who knows get the hellout of Dodge waitthis is really good see they know theirniche so well and their market so wellthat they literally can speak to themlike like using things like this likeget the hell out of Dodge like you knowimmediately I never liked where I comefrom like people don't say that but likeI can tell you like definitely people inlike the South Texas those people werethat are really targeting like they saythose yeah I like that you know justspeaking the lingo of your customers isso powerful concern there they're gonnait adds credibility guys because a lotof people like they'll just be like ohjust trying to sell something but whenyou speak the same language thatcustomers a bit oh I know this personunderstands me they're one of us I trustthem right so using things like this isreally powerful so what they're doinghere is a long-form sales page Ipersonal do long-form stuff butsomething to learn from them basicallythey're selling a course here they'reselling the home survival blueprint for$37.00 module one module two rightthey're selling basically a homesurvival guide right and I love usingthis example because think about a guy'sthink this is probably like theyprobably went and hired somebody to goput this thing together for them theyprobably just went to YouTube found someguy that loves talking about survivalsoftware hey man I'll give you athousand bucks to put uscourse together and the guys like whatyes absolutely perfect no problem theygive him a thousand bucks even then evenso they're selling this here for 37bucks right this thing eventuallythey're gonna it's going to be allprofit for them is probably very quickthrough the volume that they're makingokay now this is a great example to showhow you can write mix information andphysical products and it's extremelypowerful guys I always recommend peopleif you do want to do this because I knowsome of you guys are going to be likewell then I'm just gonna sell this onthe on the front end and upsell myphysical stuff don't do thatlead in with physical products firstlike like a free plus shipping offerbecause it's like the Amazon effect likepeople had that anticipation thatbuild-up where they're like like it'sChristmas they can't wait to get theirpackage right it's like why I'm is onworks that's why I always love leadingin like think about even like RussellBrunson you guys all know who that islike there's a reason he leads in with aphysical product like that free plusshipping book funnel right and then upsells the information right think aboutit that way so that's what I like to dopersonally as well and then here's theirother one where they're selling becauseI know there's gonna be some people youreally you can't sell more expensivethings in the funnel you can lookthey're doing it right here it's nothigh high ticket 49.95 for this 28 piecelike tactical gear bag right again rightlots of perceived value great lookingimagery right here just showing likeweight this is only 49 bucks for allthis stuff I get a nice like look at allthese things like all that I'm gettingright and funny enough this is anothercontinuity program over almost everysingle one of their upsells I justshowed you are all are all continuityprograms and they don't that's my onlything is like they don't explain it wellenough but so I always recommend youguys like explain it like every singleone of those is a continuity that thepen the the course was a continuity andthis is a continuity as well becausethey're saying like today use our newmember discount right like all of it itdoesn't even say it anywhere on thispage right I know because I did it whenI final hack this and and they billed meyeah that's yeah that's the examplethat's the examplefunnel on funnel right there so you cansee it's really simple like I alwaysrecommend people like if you'recurrently like a shop if I sell our songon Amazon you're trying to get off ofAmazon and actually build your owncustomers just take your best sellingproduct put it into like an offer andthrow it into a funnel right those ofyou that sound Shopify like I personallylike a lot of people like Google a loveShopify for some reason I don't like Ithink it's a waste of time and moneybecause you're focusing on the wrongthings you're focusing on just likecatching the next product trend orriding some wave of a product while it'strending like I don't I don't play thatgame I love evergreen products like thisfishing lures where I can just set themup with my paid ads and basically it'sset and forget right because thatproduct there's always gonna be peoplecoming into that market wanting thatproduct so I'm always getting freshfresh customers into my free plusshipping offer right and then I'm gonnabe able to send a send them up on myback end right selling them more bundledproducts or putting them into mycontinuity programs so start thinkingyour business like that right a lot ofpeople are like they only focus on thatfirst sale and that's like it's so ine-commerce especially you can't do thatlike I'm willing to like I'm so justlike my rule of thumb if my cost perpurchase for like on Facebook orinfluencers like it might cost perpurchase is cool to you or lower then mymy average cart value then I'll keeprunning those ads even though I mighthave my my um even though I have productcosts in there I'm okay with thatbecause I know like I have continuitymembers coming in right that's freemoney that's free sales like if anythingthat should sell you on the funnels oneclick into continuity you can't do thatany where no Shopify app lets you dothat as seamless as this okay so Ialways recommend like if you're tryingto like you like when people ask how doyou pay yourself from your ecommercebusinesses and that's exactly how rightall of my OTO s all of my front-endsales that money always gets reinvestedback into my business and then I paymyself from the reoccurring revenue so Ialways recommend shooting for a 50%margin so you can get to like you knowyou see it's clear right you can alwaysbasically it's predictable everymonth so um yeah I hope that I hope thathope that makes sense that real there'sso many light bulbs if anything what youwant to start with so we've talked a lotabout this I do want to mention therewill be links down below so Peterteaches a lot more than this obviously aton of stuff has been talked aboutobviously there's a ton more like youcan take take what do you just talk toyou and probably get going but there'sprobably a lot of mistakes that we madea lot of that journey so there's a linkdown below to a webinar where I itsounds like you talk a lot more aboutthis right anyway so I just talked aboutthat there's links down below to bothclickfunnels if you talked about andthen more importantly Peter obviouslyteaches a lot more than what he can doin a single interview like this I thinkit's pretty clear he knows what he'stalking about so there's a lot moretraining down below where you can getyou can learn a lot more about whatPeters talking about there's obviouslymore logistical things you know that gointo this the logistics of creating thatfunnel so that that's all explained kindof in that link down below Peter thankyou so much is there anything else youfeel like people could could hear menthank you so much for having me like ifanybody has any questions you can alwaysyou know a comment on this video I'llmake sure to pop in and answer and anyquestions whatsoever but like for youguys that are just starting out like onething I could say is like if I couldtake myself back like start something ina business that you could see yourselfdoing in five years and also have abusiness that you're not embarrassed totell your friends about okay also like alot of people like they're they're likeoh man you know you're doing the wrongbusiness if I give you're scared to tellyour friends or family about thebusiness that you're in yeah secondlylike stop making things so difficult foryourself right like you don't need likelike like I see this so tight like somany people are like just trying to hopon these trends and especially ine-commerce like just focus on like oneproduct offered that's going you can getthe winning products like the winningproducts are there just give peoplereason to buy from you instead of yourcompetitors like that's the mostimportant aspect to this game so oddly Icould leave everybody with that likealways always always focus on your offerand what's differentiating you from yourcompetitors yeah and I just like thealley if you look at that funnel we justwent through it wasn't like the world'sprettiest funnel like there's nothinglike amazing about that I'll bet youanyone that's watching this could designthat in a day or twobut they went they did it you know theydid it and then they adjusted and theyfixed it along the way these big peoplethat are crushing it are they're justdoing it like they're taking itseriously and they're doing it and andthen they're fixing it as they go sothat's what I would have Peter Peterthanks again that was seriously soenlightening so people click down belowI'm sure there's gonna be some thingspopping up that you can click as well tolearn more and we'll go from thereawesome thanks again man[Music]

How Does eCommerce Work?

I have a question. -Mm-hmm. -How does
ecommerce work? -S,o you're thinking aboutlaunching a website or wanting to make
money on the internet? Well, you want toknow these 6B steps to e-commerce so
they understand that with… -I have aquestion. -Yes. -How does ecommerce work? -We're going to answer that. How does thee-commerce work? Alright. Let's start
with the basics. If you want to make asell online, let's just start with the
website. -Alright. But even more basicthan that. Ecommerce is what you just
said, making a sale online. -Yeah. -From yourown domain whatever that is, right? Okay.
-Yeah. So, we're just talking about likeCommerce has trade and exchange money on
the Internet. So, how does it all work? Howcan you make a sell or get paid money?
-Okay. -Through a website through theinternet. -Love it.
So, you have a website but your websiteneeds to have that purchase capability.
We call that a shopping cart. -Oh, yes.-Pretty good name? -Yeah. -So, you can get a
software or a tool… -Is that a plug-in? Isthat what that is? -Yeah,
typically a plug-in but it's… Youcan do it a few ways. -Okay. -If yeah… A lot
of a lot of people want to have a customone and it's like all these complicated
steps. I'm going to tell you a simplehack. A simple solution after I tell you
what these steps are. -Okay. -So, once youhave a shopping cart on your website,
which can be a plug-in, you need an SSLcertificate. And does it have to be the
actual little shopping cart icon likeAmazon uses? It just has to be something
where you're going to add this productor service to your… -Of course. Okay, I mean,
you know, it seems like it's always anactual cart. You know? -They make sense. -And
by the way, I love the way we treatshopping carts. It's just funny like
they're absolutely indestructible. No onerespects shopping carts. Have you ever seen
anyone actually put a shopping cart backlike gently? It's always just, “Get away
from me! Get in there!” Or if there isn't athing
slamming into the curb, what do we care?-So, that's an analogy for how people are
going to treat our online shopping carts? -Noit was just a deviation from what its
going to be sure to be really excitingstuff.
Alright. So shopping cart.-Kind of exciting but important. -Okay. -Somewhat
boring but important. SSL certificate, have you heard of that? -Sizzle? Secure
Socket Layer? -I was going to say I don'teven know what that means. But that's
right. -Yeah, okay. -What does that evenmean? Yeah. It's… You have to have financialdata encrypted. People are going to be
entering in their credit card info, theirconfidential information. -Okay. -So, you
have to have this SSL certificate there.Kind of complicated to set up and it is
a bit of a pain even from a guy thatused to own a web design company. It was
a pain. And so, I'll tell you a shortcutor a hack you can avoid the pain of that.
But… So, you have a shopping cart, you havean SSL certificate that will encrypt it.
Keep things safe and secure and then itneeds to go through a payment gateway.
There's actual services out there thathave the authority to pull funds from a credit card. -Like PayPal or something, right?-We'll get to that. PayPal is more
than just a payment gateway. You couldlike… There's different companies like
First Data. There's… -I've heard of thatone. -I can't think… But either merchant service providers, right? That give you, that allow you tohave the payment? Gateway. -Yeah. -Yeah. -So, that the payment gateway is what…-Fiserv?-Uh-huh. They're the ones that are
authorized to grab funds from a creditor debit card and give it to you. -Okay.
-But before it goes to you, it has to gointo a merchant account. So, when you
talked about merchant services, typically, those two things come together. They
provide that payment gateway and theyprovide you a merchant account. So, if a
customer makes a purchase, let's saythey're paying you $100. The payment
gateway will grab that $100and put it in your merchant account. -Okay.
-But then one more step after that, you'vegot to have a business bank account. So
you go to your bank and you say, “Hey, Ineed a business bank account.” They'll
check that you've got a business set up.And then you link your business bank
account to your merchant account andfunds will typically, they'll like… It'll
automatically deposit into your bankaccount a couple days later. -Nice, okay. So,
that's what you got to have. Those are thethings you have to have? -I just made
sure. I said 6. I wanted to make surethat those are 6 things. So, you start
with your website. Shopping cart, SSLcertificate, payment gateway, merchant
account and thento your business bank account. That's
really the 6 steps of e-commerce. Now,you mentioned PayPal. PayPal covers the
shopping cart if they take care of theSSL certificate for you. They take care
of the payment gateway and the merchantaccount. So, all you need is a website. -All you need is
a website and a bank account. Right. -Andand they'll take care of the other 4.
And it's free. It's free. -I mean, I knowthat I've used PayPal in the sense of,
“Hey, send us to me via PayPal or I cantake PayPal off my phone or register
or square.” Or one of those things. ButI've never been able or I don't know how
to like add that, put it on a website sothat I can do the Commerce from the
website. -It's actually prettystraightforward. You'll log into your
account and you can add a product, youcan create a button. And it will give you
the code that you can just paste on yourwebsite. -Oh, so it's that simple. -Another…
Here's even simpler. In your website, youcan add a PayPal purchase plug-in and
then it will just say what's your PayPalID or your PayPal email address and it
will just automatically link it to your… -Plug-in.I'm not smart but I know I've heard that
term plug-in before. I used it earlierand there's an actual that… He stole that
from me. -I did. -Love that. -So, hopefullythat's helpful and understanding how
Ecommerce works. -But you said you weregoing to give us some hacks like a shortcut?
-PayPal. -That's the hack.Oh, I ruined the whole thing when I said
PayPal early. -No, you're good. So, I threwthe whole surprise off. -There's
one limitation to PayPal. The limitationis you don't actually get the billing
information from your client. It'skept confidential. The client sends money
to PayPal. PayPal puts money in yourPayPal account. So, if you're going to
have recurring billing or you want tomanually be able to build them like they
authorize it and then you just charge it,you can't do that with PayPal. So, there
are other shopping carts that you know, that I've actually talked about at that
in other episodes. But PayPal is a great…You know, I'll tell you about one other
options. I love actually using QuickBooksOnline. They have a service that's $10 a month. You can send them aninvoice and then they'll just pay it
and send it back and then they'lldeposit it into your your business bank
account. Now, the great advantageto that is, I can turn off the credit card
option. And only accept bank transfers. And I do this for large dollar amounts.
When somebody's going to pay me $3,000 or$6,000. Or something though. I'll send
them the invoice that allows banktransfer option only. I don't select the
box for credit cards. And what it does isit eliminates all merchant fees except
for $0.50. -Okay. -So, on $6,000payment, if they were paying me
through a credit card, typically that's$210 that I would
pay in merchant fees. And by usingQuickBooks Online invoice, I only pay
$0.50. -But you're paying 10 bucksa month. But if you have enough of those,
-Oh yeah. -Obviously, it's not going to be ahundred, 200, 300 dollar.
-So, through PayPal,I said PayPal was free. -Yeah, I was going to
say. -But you pay $0.30plus like three and a half worth or is a
three percent something. You paya few percent of the purchase price.
-Right. Yeah, to get a payout, is you'regoing to… You pay a small percentage.
Yeah, yeah. -Okay, yeah. So, basically whatyou're saying is, this entire video, you
could have just turned on the camera andsaid if you need ecommerce go to PayPal?-Okay. We'll see you tomorrow.
