These light colored and transparent items were shot with a pure white background and come direct out of the camera. The shots are directly functional to publish for print or online without making a cutout path or mask. Suitable to utilize for a large number of items to publish in a catalogue or webshop.
In this collage you see a few results and a shot from the setup in my very little studio area.
For eliminating dust and incorrect reflections, I didn’t put in the time.
STROBIST INFO:
Left = Canon 430 EXII at 1/4 power in soft box 30x30cm.
Middle = Canon 540 EX at 1/2 power, covered with barn door and additional black board to prevent direct reflections.
Right = Canon 540 EX at 1/4 power in 22×90 stripbox, partial covered with a acryl plate to avoid over exposure.
Thanks to a tutorial that was released online by Terry Croom and influenced me, I started to shoot this light colored items.
