Electronic business or merely e-business is set of procedures conducted with assistance of the internet. These procedures include buying and offering products and services, serving consumers, processing payments, managing production control, working together with other organization partners, sharing information, running automated staff member services, recruiting and more. (TechTarget, M. Rouse). Business like Amazon.com or eBay.com are good examples of electronic services.

Travel websites like Expedia, Travelocity and TripAdvisor that allow consumers to research study, plan and book all or pieces of their journeys based upon personalized requirements, such as price, customer ratings, locations and more.
