Mine’s a little less innovative and more … sly? =-RRB-.

A freelancing web junky from Wisconsin, U.S.A., I’ve been developing for the web for around eight years. After seeing websites for the very first time, I chose to find out how to make them myself. I have actually developed websites ranging in subjects from high school to StarCraft, photography to dishes, factory to child clothes, and it’s all been a blast.

I’m not much of a graphic designer, so I concentrate on the advancement side of web creation. Front-end HTML & CSS, back-end PHP & MySQL and a splash of jQuery keep me occupied most of the time. When I’m not freelancing, I’m dealing with among a handful of side projects varying from a vehicle Do It Yourself database to a tee shirt ecommerce site. Or I’m losing the day away with Spider Solitaire (I’m addicted). When my eyes aren’t glued to a computer system screen, you can find me out on my sportbike, traveling, cooking, occasionally doodling, reading, or a handful of other (lazier) activities.

In 2009 I eagerly anticipate developing a full-blown business identity, broadening my knowledge of use and programming (and possibly a bit more artsy), completing a bunch of individual jobs, and lots more! Hope you can be a part of it.

Erik Roberts.
