This week we are challenged to hone our technical skills. Tabletop photography enables the photographer to present the subject in its most pure, crisp form. It is also often referred to as “Product Photography.” Good lighting is essential for good tabletop photography, but studio lights are not. If you have a plethora of strobes, great, use them to your advantage. If you don’t, make use of good window light, continuous light and reflectors. The goal is to show the subject as clearly as possible.
