Booking a flight is a critical task that is done infrequently, and guiding the user using a Wizards is thus a good decision.
Notes
– Current step and steps remaining are shown in a sequence map at the top of the page.
– Current step is clearly highlighted in the sequence map.
– User can’t move back nor forward by clicking the steps in the map.
– Unnecessary interface elements are removed (for example the global navigation header is gone)
– User can move back and forth using “Continue” and “Back” button. There is also a “Start over” button.
